We are OCEANFRONT. Our property extends from the house all the way to the beach. This includes a private garden with firepit, dune deck and stairs to the beach. We share access with the neighbors but not our garden! Or dune deck! Or stairs over the dune leading to the beach. Views from upstairs deck and great room. You can hear the ocean:) We have remodeled! Completely new upstairs bath, expanded, better sound proofing, fresh paint, all new towels, new sheets and bedspreads in every room, larger TV, new curtains and rugs. Come and enjoy all of the upgrades!

Newly refurbished deck has comfortable outdoor sectional, outdoor dining with seating for 8 and Weber Genesis 3 burner propane grill.

Kitchen has a professional dual fuel range & all the tools you need to create masterpieces-or simply reheat them. Great room has dining table seating for 8, wood burning stove and fabulous white water views. WIFI, Ipod dock and CD player. The downstairs media/game room has a 70"' Sony HD flat screen, DVD player, and DVD library-enjoy adult time upstairs while the kids are entertained downstairs!
