Living Room
Relax in the cozy living room featuring floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy the views, a gas fireplace, 2 couches, and a flat-screen TV! Catch up with one another or make plans for the day. And in the evenings, flip on the TV for a bit of entertainment or gather around the fireplace for bedtime stories.

Kitchen
Step into the fully equipped kitchen for meal prep, coffee refills, snack attacks, and cookie time. Fully equipped with a stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, plus cutlery, cookware, mugs, dinnerware, and more. There’s even a bonus island with extra counter space and bar seating for 3 to make fixing and serving meals simple. Create a breakfast buffet, set out a lunch spread, and serve dinner for 20 with ease.

Dining Area
Along with eating scrumptious meals, bring board and card games from home and host a friendly tournament in the expansive dining area. There is a large dining room table that seats 14. Add the kitchen’s bar seating for 3, and everyone will have a place to dine together.

Rec Rooms
It’s playtime! Make every night game night at Royal Vista, with friendly competition in the pool. Sit back and catch the game or play the arcade game til your heart is content. All games are set to free play!

Exploring the great outdoors, shopping in town, and playing at the cabin will certainly leave everyone ready for bed each day. There are plenty of cozy options across 6 bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV. Spacious cabin in a lovely, convenient location. View was beautiful with a great outdoor fire pit space to enjoy. A couple things I would note: the queen sleeper sofa listed as being in one of the bedrooms can’t be pulled out. It is directly in front of the bed so it can only be used as a couch to sleep on for one person. Just something to keep in mind if needing the space for two to sleep. The kitchen is spacious with plenty of plates and cups. The pans and sheet pans could use some refreshment and additions but we were able to work with what we had. Overall, this is a great cabin for a large group looking to spend some time together in the mountains.

Wonderful cabin with wonderful views. They got plentiful of pots and pans and utensils. Excited to see bears near the cabin in the early mornings. Overall its a good place to stay and enjoy with family and friends.

Royal Vista Family Fall Getaway

The rental met all of our needs, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everyone of all ages in the group enjoyed the gameroom, video machines and the pool table. We had a few hiccups with internet access but that just made the kids put down their ipads and enjoy vacation.

As per description, we should had 1 room with 2 queen bed. However, there was 1 queen bed and 1 sleeper. Hot tub weren’t ready to use and was broken for first two nights of our stay. Every sleeper sofa was in absolute poor condition. I don’t think anyone can sleep there. Some of the sleepers were very dirty. Extra blanket were extremely dirty. So we asked for two clean blankets which we never got. On our 3rd day, front door locked pad was not working. They fixed it later that day.

Tough crowd. While we did have a malfunction with the hot tub and the lock we responded immediately to fix these items. The hot tub was repaired the morning following the evening report and the lock was repaired in less than 1/2 hour. While we dont plan on malfunctions happening.... we always respond with speed and care. As for the Bed and the sleeper; these items have been listed as such for over a year and the photo is labeled also. "Lower level: 3 bedrooms - 1 King with en-ensuite bathroom : one bedroom a King bed : a bedroom with 1 queen bed and a queen sleeper." We highly recommend reading your entire listing to ensure your best experience. There were no requests made for additional blankets and no mentions of the sleepers to our team. With the 4 reviews prior to this one all mentioning good condition and cleanliness as a perk I think this may have been someone that is difficult to satisfy.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone in our party had a blast. Really appreciated the quick responses from the owners. He came out of his way one night to bring us more silverware, that’s good service. Very spacious and fun for the kids and adults. Short drive to dt Gatlinburg. We were able to see a momma bear and two cubs. The best was the coffee in the morning with the best view I’ve ever seen. We appreciate letting us stay.

Family Vacation

Breathtaking view as soon as you walk through the front door. We had a family of 17 which was our children & grandchildren. There was plenty of room for everyone. We had a mama bear & 2 cubs visit us 4 times. It was fun to watch them, but we definitely keep our distance. Great cabin for a large group!
