Welcome to Cottage La Casa, nestled in the beautiful gated resort of La Casa Cottages.

Our family friendly 3 bed 2 bath cottage is steps from the pool, playground and amenities and boasts a very private back deck with lake views!

Imagine waking up every morning, opening the blinds to see beautiful Lake Okanagan while sipping your coffee.

THE COTTAGE:
Our cottage includes 3 bedrooms with queen size beds and a pull out queen hide a bed. The main floor hosts the master bedroom, main bathroom and open concept living room and dining room with sliding glass doors to the patio and gas fireplace. Smart TVs are included in every bedroom and living space.

The basement holds 2 more bedrooms each with sliding glass doors out to our lower patio and a full bathroom.

This layout is ideal for families and couples. Send the kids to bed and have the entire main floor to yourself to enjoy the evening with a glass of wine on the patio, or if you’re traveling with another couple the layout provides the utmost privacy.

Our cottage is fully stocked with everything you may need including:
- a fully loaded kitchen with appliances, pots/pans, dishes, cutlery and more
- spices, coffee, filters, paper towels, ziplock bags, cleaning supplies and more
- towels and linens
- washer and dryer plus laundry soap and baskets
- games, cards, rackets, water accessories, mini golf clubs, kids toys, outdoor balls
- golf cart for free use in the resort
- free baby/kids package with pack and play, toys, high chair, booster seat, cups, utensils, plates and more. Please request the package at time of booking.
- free pet package with dog bed, food and water dishes. Please request the package at time of booking.

LOCATION:
Our cottage is located in La Casa Cottage Resorts on Westside Road, 30 minutes north of beautiful Kelowna, BC.

Our Cottage is located in the upper portion of La Casa steps from all the amenities. The upper side is much more popular for families or couples who enjoy easy accessibility to our pools, hot tubs, playground, tennis court, mini golf, hiking trails, ATV trails, restaurant and store without having to cross Westside Road. The upper side is smaller with less traffic and flat which is perfect for kiddos spending time on their bikes or toys.

Our cottage backs on to the volleyball court and playground, which is ideal for parents to watch their kiddos play, while giving privacy with only 2 neighbors instead of three.

The pool/hot tub, tennis courts and mini golf are next to the playground and a very easy 2 minute walk away.

The restaurant and store are also a short 2 minute walk and located directly across from the playground making quick trips for a bottle of wine to go with dinner or cream for your morning coffee a breeze.

On the lower side of La Casa Resort lies the lake, marina, water playground and small waterfall. This is a short 5 minute drive from our cottage or a great hilly walk for those more adventurous guests! We have a lovely beach trail that leads to fire pits, the swimming area, marina, dog beach and beach side patio and gazebos! Rentable kayaks and stand up paddle boards are also available.

For a memorable day, board the local water taxi into Kelowna or visit one of the neighboring resorts and restaurants. It will pick you up conveniently at the marina!

La Casa is a short 5 minute drive from Fintry Park which allows easy access to outdoor fun like hiking to the waterfalls, enjoying the beach or exploring Fintry Manor.

Want to enjoy the local wineries? Local winery tour buses pick up and drop off directly to La Casa! Enjoy an entire day of tastings, tours and meals.

AMENITIES:

La Casa Resorts offers so many different activities and there is something for everyone; with 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis courts, mini golf, water park, playground, volleyball courts, restaurant, store and liquor store!

Bring your quads, dirt bikes or ATVS and enjoy direct access to the Okanagan Trails (be sure to get your pass before you ride!)

Enjoy the hiking trails, beach, waterfalls, parks and natural beauty of the area or rent a kayak or paddle board to take in the views from the water.

For Winter stays we have direct access to beautiful snowmobiling trails directly from the cottage. Or pack your cross country skis, sleds or snow shoes to enjoy the scenic Bear Creek Trails. The hot tub is open some weekends from October to May, all long weekends and all Christmas season. Play all day and relax in the evenings with beautiful snowy views of Okanagan lake!
