Absolutely terrible!!

If there was a score less than 1 I would have chose that. Host canceled the morning of our reservation! We made this reservation 3 months in advance and without warning cancelled an hour before we were heading out the door! Did not help us get another reservation, just left us without any warning. So unprofessional, terrible way to treat your customers! Do NOT recommend!

Lovely stay

The property was even better than pictured. There were actually 2 bathrooms and the listing only listed 1. It was very clean. There is no oven or dishwasher but we didn’t require one. It was very close to the village and convenient to get around. The beds could have been more comfortable but other than that we were great. If you travel with small kids be warned that there is a heater on the floor that gets very hot. My son accidentally burned the top of his feet on it while putting stuff in his suitcase. He is ok but it was very painful for a bit. I don’t blame the owners because it is an older heating system but people with small kids should be aware.

Bad Service Dirty house

Check in was so bad waisting of time,unnecessarily processing for check in. No privacy at all,24 hours cameras stalking us counting us and they take picture of us which is against the privacy. they said we are 5 people more than what we were and asked for an additional $500 for the extra 5 people with no proof and i told her please send someone to count us but she didn’t. the restroom was full of poop and clogged ( i sent the pictures already to Vrbo ) and then they blamed us that we should not flushed it, and no one came to fix it. Add to all of that no one apologized or offered any help and they kept asking for the $500. Please don’t waist your money and your vacation time with your family and booked this house. Thanks

A lot of bad details

Tv never worked. Remote was only able to turn on and off! Contacted agent and was told I was going to get a call back from owner, waited several hours and the call never came. Was very inconvenient due to having small children not be able to watch tv. Could not change channels or select a streaming app. Upstairs master bed had dirty sheets. Had multiple white and yellow stains from what appeared body fluids from previous people using it. Downstairs bathroom sink was splashing water due to missing aerator. Upstairs rooms do not have any heat. Was expecting to have full service for what the cost of stay is.

Great stay

The cabin is really nice and really close to the village. Loved staying there everything was great. Only thing when we got there the trash in the kitchen was full and smelled and the bathroom had hair on the floor and sink. Other then that the stay was great and nice.

Worst experience ever

My husband and I saved for this cabin For Christmas invited some family to help celebrate the moment they walk in door they messaged us to pay additional 300 per person I replied by saying guest would leave they said no matter what fees had to be paid I would never want anyone to experience what we did for Christmas and to top it off they have camera throughout cabin
