Love this place! Definitely will be back. Everything you need is within walking distance. The property was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!
We had a great stay here! Very close to town and the resort. My only critique is concerning the beds. Except for the bunk beds, they’re all due for replacement.
The downtown is literally around the corner; we walked there in the snow easily during a blizzard, awesome experience. Ski slopes quick minute away. Comfortable beds and very cozy & warm even in a blizzard.
June Mountain - what a hidden gem! Thoroughly enjoyed our ski trip this winter. Cabin was great, super clean, great layout with upstairs open kitchen. Short walk to beautiful Gull Lake and a few restaurants. 1.5mi drive to the ski hill makes it very convenient. We stayed here with 2 families, 5 kids total. Great fit, would not hesitate to recommend and hope to stay again next year!

It was very close to the ski resort and both lakes. Easy access in and out but a little steep driveway. Trash bin was outside down to the street but not too far. Ealking distance to the market and restaurants.
We really enjoyed our stay. This house was located walking distance to the village. Also had great sledding opportunities for the kids right around the house. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. My only complaint is about the cleanliness of the bedding. Sheets were clean, but we had an electric blanket on our bed that I know cannot be washed between guests. I’m a clean freak when it comes to bedding and feel adamant that all bedding, including comforters/duvets, should be washed in between guests.

fall color visit
Nice well appointed property, just be able to climb stairs.
Good location, very near June lake village. Just off the main highway around the lake, but no traffic noise. Close to an RV campground, but not issues.
long up hill driveway, lots of steps to house and especially to main upstairs living area.
Overall, a well built home with custom features, Main living area couches are well loved...

I'll start by saying, I'd absolutely rent this property again. It was clean and in great shape, with just a couple minor signs of use. Mattress in one of the rooms was thin and uncomfortable. Missing batteries in bedroom remote. We had some issues with the stove. But that's it, nothing we couldn't live with. Proximity to June/Gull lakes, June Lake Brewery and places to eat was great. All easy walking distance. We all had a fantastic time!
The Gull lake home is a nice well built home, that could use some updates.
But the only reason I gave it a 3 star rating is due to the cleanliness of the home. There were several issues but most notably was the bedding was DISGUSTING in the downstairs bedroom. There were what looked like drool stains on the pillows, pubic hairs found on the bedspread and a large white stain that looked like, well I’ll just say it looked like there had been some “activity“ there. These were not minor stains, they were very obvious. I took pictures but don’t see a place to post them. We arrived to the rental after 5 pm so the rental company was closed when I tried to call to request new bedding. There was another number for “true” emergencies, (yes it said that). I did leave a message but we had to sleep without covers and only a sheet to cover us. Thankfully the heater worked well bc even the extra bedding they had in the drawers were dirty. Gross dirty! They did end up getting back to me relatively quickly, no apology offered though! Just a response of, they will bring more bedding. Which they did bring quickly! There was also a thick layer of dust on the coffee machine suggesting no one had used it or cleaned it in quite some time. Also the Keurig machine had old pods left in it which confirmed that the place was not cleaned well! I’d suggest finding a new cleaner and maybe a different management company that oversees things better. Rental homes should, at the very basic level, be clean!

carpet stained, glasses grimmy, mugs, plated chipped and cracked. For "sleeps 12 its ready to serve 4 to 6 max unless you bring your own plates, glasses and mugs. For a new home it could parts look worked over. Not the best location, the views are a negative looking into a railer park and right on the highway , some hwy traffic noise.
We rented this house for our family reunion and couldn’t have been happier with this home. This was one of two homes we rented due to the size of our group but we’re right next door to each other and we’re wonderful facilities. Comfortable beds, great accommodations, adequate space. Thank you for everything!!
The family was all centrally located, we were able to have a part of the family for breakfast one morning the rest of the time we gathered elsewhere because of the large number of family members. The house was great for the time we had in june lake.
