This luxurious villa is located directly on the sea, with a wonderful view of the sea and Marina Frappa, one of the most beautiful harbors in Croatia and a view of Rogoznica. The picturesque town of Primosten is in the immediate vicinity. All bedrooms have a direct view of the sea. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. In the spacious living room there is a 65 inch TV, all 5 TVs in the house have Netflix and WLAN, the infinity pool has waterfalls and massage.

It is as good as it seems !

Mattias villa met or exceeded our expectations. The house is perfect for a vaccation with friends and family. Its spacious and have a luxurious feeling. The pool, the grill, the powerfull ACs, the coffemachine, the wellequiped kitchen, the view, the sunset and Mattias himself not the least all contributed to our fantastic vaccation. Thank you and hope to see you and your villa someday again !

Atemberaubende Villa

Unser Urlaub war super schön, die Unterkunft ist einfach ein Traum. Der Matthias war ein super netter Gastgeber und seine Gasfreundschaft spürt man direkt am ersten Tag der Ankunft. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen, denn die Lage war sehr ruhig und der Sonnenuntergang ist wunderschön am Abend zusehen und man hatte nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand runter. Wir sagen Dankeschön an Matthias und wir kommen wieder !

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Villa Ocean View

Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt in Zatoglav und in Matthias Villa. Lage und Umgebung sind perfekt, das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht und Matthias ist ein toller Gastgeber, der immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
