This brand new lakefront cottage is located just off of Highway 43.

The exterior features a large covered porch with lower level firepit.

With almost 2,400 square feet, this cottage includes an open concept floorplan that is great for entertaining with a spacious kitchen that includes new stainless steel appliances and wet bar with beverage fridge.

Other features include 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, perfect for a weekend getaway, a vacation with a family or even multiple families will be very comfortable. In addition to the 3 bedrooms each with a private bath, there is bunkroom with 4 bunkbeds.

Disclosure: There are two exterior Ring cameras at each end of the side porch walkway.

Wonderful weekend

Beautiful property and home! Plenty of room to spread out at the back porch or steps away around the stone patio/outdoor fireplace. Spacious bedrooms too. Perfect for families coming to see kids at college. The pictures don’t lie. This place is awesome!

This property is very nice and such a beautiful view every morning. The owner is so easy to communicate with and was very flexible in letting us adjust the check in/check out times. We want to stay here every year for our game day weekends. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

So fabulous!

This place is amazing! New, clean, and beautifully decorated. Stayed here with family for a game weekend and absolutely loved the outdoor space! Evenings by the fire overlooking the lake, and retiring into comfy, clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Don’t hesitate to book this rental!

Wonderful Lake Getaway

This home is beautiful and comfortable with everything you need for a wonderful stay. It was very clean. There is a brand new dock that we were able to tie a boat off at and the kids loved jumping and swimming in the water. The host was very easy to communicate with and even allowed me to arrive a little early. Highly recommend.

Life on the Lake/Beautiful New House

This brand new house was perfect for our Bama football weekend. Very clean, great layout, tons of room, large kitchen island, big TV and large porch over looking the lake with fire pit and grill for cookout. Great communication with owner and very easy to work with. We will be back!!!
