The check in / check out was very easy. Free coffee and water in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Room was clean and ready when we arrived. We will definitely stay here again.

The Timberline lodge was an excellent place to stay for our weekend getaway. Very short drive, or 10 minute walk to all the attractions downtown. Ellicottville is a cool place to eat, shop and day drinking

The room exceeded expectations. The new owner has put a lot of work in it so far. Very comfortable and clean! Cozy, everything you need! Short walk to downtown! Can’t wait to stay again!
