Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Start a load of pool towels (or white towels) but please do not mix colors.
Ensure the thermostat is set to the OFF position.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests are required to sign our rental agreement.
A security deposit is required prior ranging from $500 up to $5,000 depending on the property you have booked.
