Maui Kaanapali Villas A420 is a 4th-floor studio that offers central A/C, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a private lanai. This resort has elevators. This condo can accommodate up to 5 guests. The main area features 2 queen-size beds. The spacious bathroom includes an updated, tile surround shower/tub combo. Inside you'll be greeted with tons of natural light, letting in views of the gorgeous grounds and even a partial ocean view from the balcony. The well-stocked kitchen features granite countertops and clean white cabinetry. Whether you plan to dine out a lot or not at all, this kitchen will be the perfect spot to prepare meals. Additionally, you'd enjoy the comfortable seating area with a Smart TV, indoor dining, and stunning views.

Upon checking in at the front desk, Maui Kaanapali Villas has a $35 per day facility fee. This Resort Fee includes parking for 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles are subject to an extra $10 per day.

Maui Ka'anapali Villas features two pools, a child's wading pool area, hot tubs, and a beach activities center where they offer beach rentals such as stand-up paddle boards, boogie boards, snorkel sets, and more. The resort also features an onsite restaurant, Castaways Café, a convenience store, the Third Heaven Spa & Massage, and a state-of-the-art Precor fitness center with 24-hour access, yoga classes 3 times per week, and access to hospitality bathrooms for early arrivals and late departures. Maui Ka'anapali Villas is on the loop that the complimentary Kaanapali Trolley can be taken to other resorts and the Whalers Village Shopping Center. The villas have all the amenities of a large resort but offer the personal aloha and charm of old Hawaii.

Great location, amazing resort

Our stay was fantastic. The room was clean and had all the necessities we needed. Fresh beach towels from the main reception whenever you needed them for the pools or beach! Beach chairs and boogie boards were included.

Beautiful location

Overall a very good property. We've stayed at the Kaanapali Villas before and were a bit closer to the beach, but overall it's a three minute walk. Other things include: Super comfortable bed Nice linens Well equipped (beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel, etc.)

I can't think of anything that wasn't on the mark or done with excellence! From the first moment we entered the property to the last as we left for the airport, our stay was perfect! The property is beautiful, the staff were all pleasant and personable - even the Castaway Care became a daily favorite! As close to perfect as any we have ever experienced.

Great room and very comfortable for a family of 5 with 3 children. Friendly suggestion….The unit needs more flatware and plates to accommodate 6 people it advertises that it can sleep. There were only 4 forks so had to continually hand wash dishes for use, thus never using the dishwasher. Lovely resort and would return.

Best location!

I needed to adjust the dates of my stay and the host was able to accommodate which was great! As far as the room , it had almost everything that was needed for my daughter and her family. If you have little ones, plan on bringing your own items (pack n’ play, sand toys, etc.) since those are not available at this rental. Otherwise, an overall great stay! Can’t beat the location with the best beach and a fabulous ocean view!

Beautiful property and location!

Great condo for 4 people, more than 4 is too many. Property management company was amazing to work with! AC is down in the unit and building. The laundry room is currently closed and no in unit washer/dryer. The gym was closed when we were there as well. Overall, great stay and would stay at MKV again, a bigger unit next time for sure!

The view was great and the beds and pillows were comfortable-we slept well. When we arrived the unit could have been cleaner, and we had an issue with the tub/shower unit, which the service person came to fix. Overall, we had a great vacation, and are not going home upset, but with the issues mentioned, I can not rate it a five star. Thanks!

Great location

Great location and we had a blast. The only negative was that the garbage disposal didn't work for a couple days and the dishwasher leaked, but we only used it once anyway. The property management didn't get back to us about the garbage disposal and we had to contact them a couple times before setting up the appointment. Once we got a hold of them, the problem was fixed promptly. The unit was clean and quiet other than that. Great facilities and we loved the chairs, boogie boards, and cooler that were included. I would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed with seeing mold infested ceiling sloppily covered by some sparkle and paint while it is apparent that it is coming from the air conditioner vent being directed onto that part of ceiling. Was concerned about the health repercussions of this! Also the wall paper is so outdated as is the cracked mirror wall. Bathroom tiles need to be replaced due to multiple cracked and chipped tiles that are areas where bacteria can harbor. It's a great location but a few small simple repairs would make it a great place to stay.

Great location - outdated unit

MKV is a wonderful location right on the beach. From the apartment there are great views of the ocean and the property grounds. The unit itself was unfortunately a bit disappointing. This outdated condo definitely needs a total upgrade. When we arrived the unit was not as clean as expected. If you don’t look to close it is fine, otherwise you could find trash or old socks under furniture. There also were hairs everywhere, even in the fridge. Vacuum cleaner available but packed in parts. The fridge is very small. Dishwasher is leaking. Not enough dishes for four people (except you want to run the dishwasher twice a day). The „balcony“ is very small. Too narrow to sit outside. We would definitely consider to book again at Maui Kaanapali Villas, but next time a different unit.

PERFECT GETAWAY

Perfect location, grounds were impeccable. Having a kitchen. in the room was the perfect addition. The free trolley to whalers village, outlets , etc. was extremely convenient.The only thing that would have been nice is if there was a small sundry store. Would definitely stay there again

Great views!

This property is a steal! It has wonderful views of the ocean and the property grounds are stunning. We enjoyed opening up the sliding doors so it is nice they also have screens. We loved eating breakfast at the Castaway Cafe that is a short walk away down by the pool. Everything was clean and tidy and the AC worked very well! Hope to be able to visit again!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Maui kannapalli villas. We have stayed here before but in a different condo. We were alittle disappointed with this unit due to the fact it is in need of a total upgrade. The whole unit needs sprucing up although it did suit the purpose of a place to sleep. If you are okay with no frills then it would work for you.
