The premises have been designed as a relaxing haven for everyone. Six bedrooms spread over two levels can comfortably accommodate families or groups of friends while guaranteeing space and privacy. On the ground floor, 5 bedrooms: - three double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, share 2 separate toilets. - a master suite, ideal for families, includes a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with four single beds. This private space is complemented by a bathroom equipped with a shower and a bathtub, and a separate toilet. A hallway lined with bookshelves adds a cosy and functional touch. Four of these five bedrooms have direct access to the outside to fully enjoy the surroundings. The relaxation room, a spacious living room, completes this ground floor level, where you can share relaxing moments in this living space dedicated to leisure (cinema, library, games). This space is bordered by a terrace that offers an incredible view of the Luberon's colours, set apart from the other parts of the garden. After a day of exploring, there's nothing better than a film or a good book on the sunny terrace. On the garden level, the villa houses the Master Bedroom, a true haven of privacy. This suite features a private bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and Japanese toilet, as well as a large dressing room, offering all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Like the other bedrooms, the suite has its own private access to the garden, perfect for enjoying the first light of day or a peaceful evening. Also on the garden level is the main 84 m² living space, combining a lounge, dining room, and open-plan kitchen. Here, the fireplace insert creates a warm atmosphere on cooler evenings. The house is fully air-conditioned to guarantee a pleasant stay in any season. The villa sits in the middle of a garden that we designed down to the smallest detail to create diverse, complementary spaces, fulfilling two objectives that are dear to us: to encourage places for sharing, playing, and relaxing together, with family and friends, while also creating separate spaces for certain activities in smaller groups, for getting away, relaxing, contemplating, and recharging. The 12 x 5 metre heated infinity pool, with its innovative movable floor, offers a customised experience. This system allows you to adjust the water depth to your liking: a safe pool for children or a maximum depth for relaxing swims. As aesthetically pleasing as it is practical, the movable floor also ensures maximum safety and optimizes space when the pool is not in use. The spa, also equipped with a movable floor, adds an extra touch of luxury to your moments of relaxation. Adjust the height for added comfort or safety, and go from swimming to a relaxing bath in minutes. The outdoor shower and toilet offer extra convenience. To extend the convivial atmosphere, a game of pétanque on the boules court is a must, under the Provençal sun or the stars, as the court is floodlit for matches that stretch into the evening. Those with a sporty streak can practice their forehand around the ping-pong table. For your convenience, parking for at least 4 cars with two electric vehicle charging stations is available.
