Attention pour acceuil nous avons eu droit à un règlement intérieur : piscine autorisée de 14h à 18h. En soirée ne pas faire de bruit dans le jardin et tout ça parce que la propriétaire habite à côté et pour fibir pas de chaise haute comme indiqué sur l annonce à la place un rehausseur.

Bonjour Béatrice. Merci pour vos commentaires . Il est indiqué dans l'annonce que la piscine n'est disponible que de 14H00 à 18H00. La demande de ne pas faire d bruit vis les fêtes. mais une utilisation normale ne pose aucun souci. Enfin ma petite fille utilise le réhausseur depuis ses 6 mois . Le réhausseur est parfaitement adapté aux enfants de 6 à 36 mois.

Maison idéalement située avec une jolie vue sur le lac d’Annecy
La localisation est sans conteste le principal atout de cette maison : au calme, avec une très belle vue sur le lac, et à proximité des nombreuses activités proposées dans les environs. Un cadre agréable pour découvrir la région.Quelques précisions utiles pour de futurs locataires : la maison est en réalité divisée en deux, avec les propriétaires qui occupent l’autre partie. La piscine est partagée avec eux, mais son accès est limité aux créneaux de 14h à 18h uniquement, ce qui n’est malheureusement pas précisé dans l’annonce.Concernant l’intérieur de la maison, les ustensiles de cuisine, les casseroles/poêles ainsi que certains appareils électroménagers gagneraient à être remplacés.À noter également que toutes les chambres sont équipées de lits avec des pieds de lit, ce qui peut poser problème aux personnes de grande taille.En résumé, une maison très bien située pour profiter de la région, mais qui mériterait quelques améliorations pour offrir un confort à la hauteur de son emplacement.

Bonjour Frédéric. Merci pour vos commentaires qui nous aident à progresser. Cependant il est clairement indiqué dans les prestations que la piscine n'est disponible que de 14H00 à 18H00. Ayant été absente toute la semaine où vous avez été là je suis très étonnée de votre commentaire car je vous avais indiqué que vous pouviez utiliser la piscine autant que vous le souhaitiez .
