Good location

Overall a great place to land after a full day of exploring and experiencing the island. Communication was difficult, but mostly because of an interruption in phone service, which occurred just prior to our arrival so we had anxiety over unanswered questions for our late arrival and process of getting the keys when the front desk was closed.

Poor experience

No communication regarding checking in. We were supposed to check in at 3PM but had to contact Vrbo at 4:30 since we still didn’t hear anything. In terms of the lodging, it was a bit dirty. We were supplied with dirty towels, the shower had hair on the walls from previous visitors, and the towels were stained brown.

Nice condo, good location

We enjoyed our stay at Plantation Hale. The location was great for exploring both ends of the island. Convenient to Coconut Marketplace. Staff was very accommodating when we needed our luggage held as we transitioned between suites. Pools were not very busy; at times, we had the pools to ourselves. Thanks for an excellent vacation!
