My husband Joe & I live full time on the property in Bucerías. We are in our retirement years and enjoy the peace and serenity of country living.
Why they chose this property
We are located only 10 minutes from Hwy 200, which goes thru Bucerías. There are residents and new condo complex projects all along the roadway to the property. We occupy the main house set on 1/3 of an acre.
We have a separate apartment complex with 3 rental units available. They are fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen, full appliances, cookware, dishes etc. The property is tastefully landscaped and surrounded with palms and mango trees. Sidewalks circling the property is a safety feature as well as railings for support on any walkways that have a step or two. You will find it a quiet and peaceful atmosphere and privacy as well when preferred. The outdoor pool is in the center of the property for all to enjoy at their leisure.
