Blue is a lovely 37 m² studio offering an exceptional location and breathtaking views of Concarneau Bay and the Glénan Islands. Ideally situated, it is the perfect base for exploring the city center, just a 5-minute walk away, and enjoying the superb surrounding beaches.



Located on the second floor with elavator of a secure residence with a caretaker, Blue impresses with its refined decor and full sea view. Let yourself be charmed by the serenity of the place as you watch the boats come and go in the bay, for an experience as peaceful as it is inspiring.



The Accommodation:



You’ll be welcomed by a long hallway leading to the two main rooms of Blue. To your left, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine ensures your comfort.



The modular main living space then unfolds. It includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen (featuring a Nespresso pod coffee machine), a cozy dining area, and a living room corner with a sofa bed (140x190 cm mattress). The layout optimizes the space to provide a practical and comfortable living environment.



On sunny days, you’ll enjoy the balcony with its magnificent view of Rodel Beach. Perfect for savoring breakfast or a snack in an idyllic setting, the balcony also features a sheltered area, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors even in less favorable weather.



For your convenience, a private, numbered parking space (No. 15) is available at the foot of the building. You will also have access to a bike storage room. A travel cot is also available free of charge in the apartment. There is no high chair.
