The Duplex is ideally located between Bordeaux (30 mns), Saint Emilion (40 mns) and the Citadel of Blaye (20 mns). The Bay of Arcachon is an hour away.
You will stay in a comfortable holiday rental for 4 people, with its living room and fully equipped kitchen, its 2 spacious bedrooms with their bathrooms and its private terrace with jacuzzi.
The shared swimming pool, the park, the reading room and the services of the guest house Clos Marcamps are accessible to you.

Occupying part of the old barn dating from 1724, our holiday rental Le Duplex with a surface area of 75m2 is comfortable for 4 people.

With a high ceiling of more than 6 metres and its contemporary decoration, the living room and its equipped kitchen allow you to gather a family or a group of friends. Two beautiful bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other upstairs, are equipped with 5-star quality bedding and a dedicated bathroom.

The Duplex is fully air-conditioned and offers exceptional comfort with its large terrace of 80m2 facing South-East with a private heated jacuzzi and Lafuma furniture.

You also have access to all the common areas (park, swimming pool, reading room) and the services offered by the Clos Marcamps guest house.

This property is beautiful, in a great location for our wine trip. The unit was very clean and modern, and had everything we needed to make simple meals after exploring the area. Comfy beds, great baths with excellent water pressure. Jean-Philippe was so helpful with anything we needed, and made recommendations for restaurants and boulangerie. The pool looked beautiful, but it wasn’t quite warm enough yet to use it. We will definitely be recommending this property to friends, and look forward to staying here on our next trip to Bordeaux!
