Welcome to your home away from home!

Enjoy your own private getaway in our bright two-bedroom, above-ground basement apartment. The space features plenty of natural light and offers a beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains. Located in a quiet, and family-friendly neighborhood, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Please note that our family lives upstairs, so you may occasionally hear everyday sounds like footsteps or running water. However, we do our best to keep things quiet.

The apartment is clean, comfortable, and fully yours during your stay—we look forward to hosting you!

Security Disclosure:
For your safety and ours, please note that we have a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance (not part of the VRBO apartment) and a floodlight camera located on the southwest side of the house, on the back patio.

The property is in a great location to shops and restaurants and everything we needed to get to while in SLC. This was our second time booking because of how wonderful the stay was. The kitchen was well appointed and the bathroom had items in case of forgot items in travel. Beds were comfortable and views amazing

Beautiful and sooo peaceful!

Great ski getaway

We stayed 4 nights skied 3 days at Snowbird and it was very convenient. South Jordan is very nice the property is excellent and has mountain views. We plan to stay again.

This was our 2nd stay, its a great place and reasonable. My son lives in Utah and its a 5min drive to his home, which makes it very convenient. Beautiful property! We'll be back

Lovely place !

I needed a place to stay while I traveled for school and was really pleased at my stay. It was clean and super cute. The owner was so helpful and friendly. The back yard is an oasis , and views are breathtaking.

A Perfect Place

We love this place, its perfect for us, in a great location. This is our second year and take advantage of the location on our way back from Solana Beach California to Burlington Ontario, Canada. We ski Snowbird and Alta and Thelma's place just works very well.

Comfortable stay

This place is beautiful and clean and very comfortable. We were very happy with our stay and would love to stay here again. The location is very convenient to many shopping and dining places. It looked like there were a lot of beautiful walking paths although the weather didn’t cooperate. I would highly recommend staying here.
