The condo has a living room, kitchen, dishwasher, dryer and washer machine. The building offers parking space. Parking fee is $35.00 per night up to 3 nights, $25.00 per night from 3 to 7 nights and ​$175.00 for 7 nights up to 31 days one time fee beach is about 7 minute walk. The resort offers a free shuttle to the beach. No resort fee. 15 minutes to Fort Lauderdale Hollywood international airport.
