Great view!

We loved the condo and the great view. The grounds were clean and everything was as listed. The only thing I would suggest is to provide additional bedding, like a blanket or quilt. I would definitely stay here again!

Orange Beach February 2024

Condo met our needs. Great location. Kitchen table and quest queen size bed need replacing. Table is leaning and felt like it would collapse. Bed is uncomfortable and feels like it will fall apart. Light under cabinet is out and needs to be replaced.

Girls trip

My sisters, nieces and I absolutely loved Romar Place 903! The location was perfect-close to the beach and anything else we wanted to do. The views were amazing and we got to see dolphins every morning. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting something right on the beach, and the price was less than other places we looked at.

It’s OK and VERY basic

The condo met basic needs but was really lacking. There is ‘growth’ on the ceiling that needs to be bleached and painted. There was hair on some of the pillows. The towels that are provided are minimal and very tiny. And multiple electrical outlets were not fully functioning. The ‘blanket’ on the bed was no thicker than a curtain. There is a hole in a window that was covered with duct tape (that was coming off) The rental company did not let us know of any needs that we needed to bring (basically bring everything except for appliances). The condo itself and the employees were wonderful as was the beach access and pool.

Beach vacation

Have stayed in the building before and loved it. Housekeeping was not well done, hair in the fridge and around bathroom sink. Crumbs and food splatter on kitchen cupboards, had to clean it so we could unpack. Furniture was stained, not sure what happened. Enjoyed our time in Orange Beach, but will not rent from this company again.
