The extra-large TVs in the living room and bedroom are a big plus for entertainment while you visit the beach. There are berth bunks for children, plus a sofa bed. Highly recommend!

We had no issues getting into our unit. Everything was clean and easily accessible. Definitely recommend! Easy walk to your car or to the beach and in a quiet spot.

Nice place

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice place, clean and neat. Only issue is that the wifi is unsecured. Would suggest putting a password to keep it secure. We would like to stay here again. Nice view and easy beach access.

A Nice Place

It was easy to find. The instructions on getting in the condo was helpful. The only question we had was where to to find the place to dispose of our trash. Otherwise, all was great. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

The condo was clean and tidy, however the building needs a bit of maintenance and the pool area as well. The manager was great and she checked in with us to make sure that everything is good. Easy access to the beach and close to main attractions.

We love Vacasa! Communication is excellent. Pros: Location, balcony, elevator, beach colors interior, comfy furniture and comfy bed, shower has good water pressure, 2 box fans under bunks, monster tv in bedroom, large tv in living room, new stove Cons: old, needs fresh paint, small refrigerator, tiny twin blanket for king bed, no cookie sheet, needs spoons & scissors, small pool, thin walls.

It is a nice place. The bed is very comfortable but it takes up the whole bedroom. The bunk beds could use a little thicker mattress for adults to sleep on. It was clean on arrival. They were doing construction so we were not able to use the pool. The sliding doors need a little thicker curtains to block out some light for those sleeping on couch or bunk beds. I would rent again when construction is done!

Breathtaking

Do not use the washer dryer. Ruined a new shirt and a dress. Vacasa was quick to tell me they weren’t an amenity. Even asked me to find them in the listing to prove it. Sure enough, they weren’t, even though the pictures proudly displayed them.

Great Location; in need of TLC

Location can’t be beat! Walkable to many Gulf Shores restaurants and attractions and quick 15 minute drive to Orange Beach. I have stayed in the Clearwater complex a few years ago but in a different unit, so I was disappointed to see how rundown and outdated this particular unit was. It’s very clean and furnished nicely, but it is time for some major TLC of this unit. Also make sure to pack some extra blankets, especially if you have guests sleeping on the bunk or pull-out couch, as all that was provided were very thin bed sheets. Although the unit itself has seen better days, we felt it was clean and enjoyed the location. Just be aware that the pictures are deceiving.

Not good

The condo so old not well maintained, very dirty. Not enough towels and supplies for a family of 5 staying a whole week , no trash bags for our staying . Carpet in the living room and the bedroom. They shouldn’t leave carpet with sands. The condo needs really a renovation . The only thing which I liked it’s the view . If I have to come back here I will not unfortunately.
