la poussière sur les meubles avaient été oubliée ainsi que sous le divan.une lampe de chevet aurait été appréciée dans les chambres pour la lecture.concernant la vaisselle dépareillée et en très mauvais état et les ustensiles de cuisine pour certains inutilisables ( poèles rayées, casseroles etc); on pourrait s'attendre à beaucoup mieux vu le prix de la location haut de gamme.

Bonjour Madame, J’ai bien pris note de votre notation. Dommage que vous ne me l’avez pas indiqué ce qui n’allait pas à part une chambre que vous avez estimé trop « humide ». Une note 4 sur 10 indiquerait un certain nombre d’autres aspects qui n’étaient pas convenables pour vous. Chose non remontées par d’autres locataires. Pourtant vous aviez l’air content pendant vos 3 jours. C’est dommage. J’aurais peut-être pu faire quelque chose pour vous pour améliorer votre séjour.
