This three-bedroom condo offers a convenient balcony with patio chairs, on-site washer/dryer for your laundry needs, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove, oven, microwave) and two coffee makers, and an inviting living room with a flatscreen TV with cable.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Family friendly & close to the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! We traveled with our family of four (two adults and two small children) and the condo was more than enough space for us to be comfortable - could easily accommodate 2-3 families. We chose to travel in the off-season but the perks were having the whole condo building to ourselves! Due to when we traveled we didn’t have any issues with parking, noise, or finding plenty of space on the beach. The proximity to the beach is fantastic - very manageable with kids! Because the unit is on the fourth floor you also get a peak at the ocean from the family room which is a nice touch. The unit is very comfortable and modern with the “decor” highlight being the master bathroom - a very luxurious space to unwind! I would definitely recommend this condo to other travelers looking for a comfortable and clean stay close to the beach in Northern OC!

The location of the Crystal Sands was outstanding. It’s closeness to the beach made our daily trek very manageable. Some of my personnel favorites with the condo was the new flooring throughout our living space. I also loved the sleeping arrangements which suited our family perfectly. There were plenty amenities throughout the unit to meet our daily needs. Our only regret was the fact we could not get in and start our vacation until 4pm. We are very aware of the staff shortage hitting our nation and appreciate the hard work the housekeeping staff did preparing our condo. When we did get in our unit, we noticed a few things missing from our linen package, contacted the Vacasa office, and they immediately sent out a linen crew to take care of our needs. Although the linen crew was young and still learning they got the job done. Well done, Vacasa. William K
