Calm assured

The accommodation is located in the stone part of the chalet (typical of the Beaufortain) and gives direct access to a terrace (green or snowy) with a breathtaking view of the Mirantin and the Pierre Menta. This outdoor living space is intended only for tenants.
Mont Blanc can be admired from the path that leads to the chalet.

The 65 m2 accommodation includes:
- 1 large living room kitchen - living room with a gas stove + electric oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, raclette machine, toaster, crockery, sofa, baby high chair
- 2 beautiful bedrooms (including 1 "blind" room accessible via the first bedroom), 4 beds with 160x200 or 80x200 beds.
A lounge chair and a travel cot with mattress are also available for a fifth child bed.
- 1 bathroom with a large walk-in shower
- 1 independent and insulated toilet with curtain
- 1 washing machine area.

No television, no wifi but mobile network available (4G+)

You can access this little paradise by a path that is not suitable for vehicles during the winter, 600 m from the main road to be done on foot (with après-ski boots), snowshoes or even skis...
In summer, the path is passable for a light vehicle (no motorhome or van) for the first 450 metres. The rest is done on foot. 4x4 vehicles can come to the chalet.

The luggage will be transported to the accommodation by us if necessary.

The ground floor is occupied by us, the owners (a couple and a teenager). Discreet, we know how to be available if needed (independent entrances)

2km from the first lifts of Les Saisies and the Espace Diamant for cross-country skiing (120 km of slopes for all levels), downhill skiing, Le Signal Aquasports Centre....

15 minutes from Villard (possibility to do your shopping at the Intermarché),
20 min from Beaufort (Beaufortain Dairy Cooperative and market 1 time/week),
35 minutes from Lake Roselend,
30 minutes from Lake St Guérin
30 min via Ferrata Roc du vent
