Welcome to The Baywatch complex! This family-friendly complex grants guests access to incredible shared amenities, including two outdoor pools and a kiddie pool! This sensational condo is exactly the perfect home away from home for your next family vacation -- it’s complete with a well-equipped kitchen, a balcony with an outdoor dining area, an on-site washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, free WiFi throughout, and an inviting living area with a large flatscreen TV.

Things to Know
No smoking is allowed.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

There is plenty of room inside and the balcony is a good size with a great view. Also a short walk to the beach under 15 minutes.The pool is very nice

This property had been flooded and was trashed and unusable. We were not informed of anything before we walked into the condo and saw it for ourselves at check in! We were left scrambling finding hotels and a new rental last minute with two kids! Absolutely disgusted we did not have ANY NOTICE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WILL NEVER BOOK AGAIN.

3 bedroom condo, clean and well appointed. Nice marsh view overlooking canal. Very comfortable. The 3 flights of stairs can be challenging for some. Beautiful pool within walking distance, beach a 4 block walk or ride. Overall a nice stay.

Quiet and Peaceful

Staying at Baywatch II 303D was a lovely stay to say the least! It might have been the time of year (September, AFTER Labor Day) but the area around Baywatch II was so peaceful! My wife and I like to get in our walks around Ocean City. We usually go to the Park off of 123rd street because of their scenery with the baseball fields and the pier but the streets around Baywatch were so quiet! It was a treat just to take in the sights of all the beautiful homes and the quiet area while walking! As for the condo, 303D was nestled just right in the corner of the building and afforded us the opportunity to have a great seat to look over the bay from the back of our condo. The seating was nice inside the condo as well. I enjoyed the little eating area they had. Each bedroom was comfortable and the TVs all had enough channels to surf whatever programs we wanted (needed) to see! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the bathrooms had the greatest lighted mirrors I ever saw! The only two drawbacks were the main bathroom, although it looked spotless, the area around the top of the shower was too filthy! Also climbing to the third floor was a drag when my wife packs WAY too much stuff to take on vacation! I noticed there was an elevator in the adjoining building next to us. Could an elevator be installed in Baywatch II D building as well? Other than that, we had a fabulous vacation and will DEFINITELY go back to Baywatch II or we might even check out Baywatch III next time! Great places to stay in my opinion!

Lovely home away from home

What a wonderful treat! The home was beautiful, obviously well taken care of and ready to go! It was spotless upon arrival and we were left with everything we'd need in the kitchen and bath. The community was lovely, folks were kind and the location was great. VaCasa is going to be my new go-to for rentals. It was a seamless process. After a few AirBnB disappointments with rentals in need of updates or minor repairs, we were thrilled with this home. Thanks for a great stay.

Great family spot

Great, comfortable home!! Everything you need for a perfect OC vacation. Only thing missing were beach towels. Also, perfect viewing of fire works on Sunday night from deck 😊
