Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: The home has a private dock that will only hold one boat no longer than 25 feet in length. Also, please do not park your boat trailer on the next-door neighbors land.

This house is in a great location in Ocean City Maryland right on the water. It looks like they've done some recent Renovations with flooring etc. It accommodated our group of 16 very easily and was a great property to stay with our extended family.

The property was perfect size for our large family. Overall, the property needs some cosmetic attention on the inside. The nice large decks could use more Adirondack chairs to enjoy the outdoors.

Lots of Space

This is a very large home with lots of space. It's in a great location in Northern Ocean City right on the Bay canal. Close to a lot of places and things to do. The place overall looked really good my only comment would be to maybe add some paint and some of the places other than that it look great

The location was great and the size of the house as well. However, we were given about 3 rolls of paper toilet for a house that sleeps 16 people. Additionally, one of the guests found a bottle of chocolate milk under his bed that did not belong to us. Besides these minor inconveniences, the stay was comfortable.

136 th bayside rental house

Very peaceful area especially on canal side. Park is close by. 6 bedrooms, 4 baths beds in good shape. Parking is very available. Minigolf, beach in close walking distance.

Great for a weekend away

Check in was seamless and done through the app. The house was clean and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. The area is conveniently located and is quiet in comparison to other parts of OC. The whole house could use a fresh coat of paint but that doesn't take away from how nice the house is. Overall, a great house for a large group.

Great space for large group but poorly appointed kitchen

Kitchen lacked a lot of essentials. No large frying pan or casserole dish. Only one mixing bowl and only one casserole dish. No measuring cups. No wine opener. No sharp carving knives. The new Charcot grill was either put together incorrectly or we were too stupid to figure out how to raise the grill so it was not useable. And no plastic cups. I have never stayed at a house that required so much improvisation when it came to cooking or baking. Bring all your cooking stuff with you if you rent this housr

False Advertising and Hazardous

This property was managed by Vacasa and was in complete disrepair. The carpets were dirty, the deck had nails sticking out which one of the kids stepped on, the sink was filled with rotting food bits from the broken disposal, the upstairs bedroom leaked in the storm and dripped water all over the bed and our laptop, the towel rack in the master bath came off the wall as soon as we hung up one towel (gently), the curtain hooks were all ripped out of the wall, and the closet door in the first floor bedroom popped out of the track as soon as it was opened. Never staying at a Vacasa property ever again and hope VRBO stops using these locations! What a nightmare.

Family Vacation

Plenty of room for 18 people. Quiet neighborhood with public parks nearby. Located on a canal that leads to the bay. This was our 2nd year there and we’ve absolutely enjoyed ourselves. If you are looking for plenty of room, quiet area within walking distance to the beach than this place is for you!

Needs improvement

Cleanliness needs major improvement. Also, House could use overall updating, especially the old, dirty carpet and the beds. All beds were very uncomfortable, leaving us all with significant back pain.

Great place! Plenty of room!

Great place with a lot of space for everyone & everything! We'd definitely stay here again!! The only thing I would maybe recommend is putting a second refrigerator in the garage or something so that we could have a fridge solely for drinks & then one for food for the week. A lot of places we've stayed in the past do this & it's helpful!

We love this house but….

The house is big and location is perfect. We love the sunsets over the water and all the rooms. We could walk to lots of activities and the beach. There is so much we like about this place. But the house needs some updates.

Great property, but would not stay again.

Overall the property was more spacious than we expected, and had a great balcony to sit out on. AC was great and we never ran out of hot water, even with 13 people. Plenty of street parking. We really liked this place, but it needs a lot of TLC, and management needs to respond quicker to issues. We did have a few problems. - Keypad was broken, so we couldn’t get in to the house and had to call to get a physical key. Management never came to fix this, so we had two physical keys for 13 people all week. - laundry machine took 2.5 hours to run. We had to call & text 3 times for someone to come and fix it, and when they did, they left a snarky note behind. - mold in the upstairs bathroom all over the ceiling. Mentioned to management, and they never did anything about it. - beds were extremely uncomfortable, particularly in one of the rooms with queen beds, you could literally feel the springs. - House was not cleaned thoroughly, and there was still sand on the comforters when we arrived from the prior occupants. - lots of safety issues on the deck, boards were broken and spindles were broken. There were a lot more “little” issues, but those were the big ones that were most inconvenient/hazardous. We’d love to rent this place again, but only after some serious revamping was done.

Wonderful spot!

My friends and I stayed here for a week to celebrate a few of us graduating from college and it was wonderful! we had privacy and plenty of room for all 16 of us! could not have asked for a better place!

This was a perfect place for our group. The house was spacious and very nice.!

The queen and full size beds were.a bit uncomfortable and could use replacing. You could feel and hear any movement and almost feel some of the springs. Overall though, it was a great experience. Location was ideal!
