The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Leave the Keys in the door upon check-out.
Ensure any kitchen items/equipment is cleaned if used during your stay. Ensure the Bar is clean and empty of all personal belongings.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Renters who have been found to have smoked cigarettes or marijuana inside the building will be charged a 500.00 fee.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adults 18 or older at all times.
Any decor or items from the home broken from the guest will incur a replacement fee.

Awesome time with wedding party

I had the best time staying at Keyah grande! The pictures do the place NO justice— it is far more breathtaking in person. The views are insane and the property as a whole is so interesting and beautiful and stunning. I stayed here with my wedding party and their dates— about 30 of us aged 23-28— and it was perfect for what we needed. McKenzie and her husband were so beyond helpful with everything, giving a full walk through on the place and helping at any time we needed it! They were on property, could help at any moment, and were so nice and helpful and gracious to us! Would 10/10 recommend to anyone wanting to stay!

Incredible

My daughter held her wedding at this peppery and I cannot say enough about it. From the fabulous bedrooms, game room, chefs kitchen, fireplace, hot tub, bar, and every one of the countless rooms - perfect. The owner was extremely responsive and took care of the minor issues immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

Couldn't Have Been More Perfect

Between the breathtaking views, the well maintained property, and service provided by the site cordinator, Jenny, we were all blown away. We rented KG out for a family reunion and wedding and one of my favorite things was watching people's reactions as we gave them tours and showed them the grounds. The pictures on the website do no do it justice. Jenny was extremely accomodating and helpful beyond her required duties. She was happy to share recommendations on places in town and insight into what she's seen done with weddings in the past as far as layout and flow. We feel so fortunate to have discovered this place and to have experienced the outstanding service that went along with it. My friends and I are already trying to figure out a reason to return. I highly recommend this place anyone! I loved that we were able to completely customize our wedding at this amazing place. Little decor was needed as every room is stunning. Many of our guests said it was the best wedding they've ever been to and I know that much of that has to do with the spectacular venue. Thank you to all of the staff that made this event possible! I hope the owners hold this property for many MANY years to come so we can keep coming back on anniversaries and the like.

Outstanding Mountain Estate

I loved the three days I spent at Keyah Grande during my son's wedding. It is a beautiful mansion with spectacular views. Exceptionally well appointed and a luxurious place to stay, it is very comfortable at the same time. My 30 family and friends had a fantastic experience. Jenny was very accommodating and helpful. Any issue was handled quickly. I hope to return with family and friends in the future. It far exceeded my expectations.

Made my wedding weekend PERFECT

Keyah Grande is the most gorgeous house I've ever been to. And it's hardly a house! Haha. This venue made my wedding venue perfect! All my family+bridal party was able to stay in one place.. The groomsmen were just down the road at the Skunk House! I HIGHLY suggest this venue. The staff is the sweetest as well.

FABULOUS!!!

In 2013 and 2014 held large events at Keyah Grande and my experience with the facility and staff is over-the-top. The venue is beautiful and well maintained and the staff (all the staff) is awesome to work with. Jenny Iguchi, Manager of KG, is so accommodating and truly works to meet your needs. Amazing place for our wedding !

My wife and I got married here in March 2014. I chose this place because I had lived in Durango and knew the area a bit. We wanted a place to have a modest size wedding but also be a place everyone could stay together. We had roughly 45 friends and family and it worked out perfectly! The rooms are very large and all are decorated beyond imagination. The staff support was amazing and always there when we needed them. Special thanks to Jenny and her husband for not only being so helpful but for treating us like friends. You cannot beat this place ! It's worth it !

Keyah Grande Is Jawing Dropping Amazing

My son hosted his wedding 8/2/13 at Keyah Grande for 40 of his family and friends. Every suite is luxurious. The estate is well maintained with picturesque scenery. Every hallway, room or corner is a picture moment. KG was so well supplied all we brought was our clothes and groceries. The on line photo album only scratches the surface of the magnificent luxury retreat. A wonderful time was had by all. It will be very hard to top this destination wedding. Thank you Jenny for an unforgettable experience.

Keyah Grande is unforgettable and amazing

My wife and I were married at Keyah Grande on July 7th, 2012. This place was absolutely perfect. We wanted a place to basically take our families with us for a vacation in the Rockies and then get married at the end of it. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Keyah Grande, the estate and house, are incredible and beautiful. We had a wonderful time exploring the property and all it has to offer. As far as a place to have a wedding it provides the perfect backdrop. The house and the views made for great pictures. My wife and I always talk about booking the estate again and bring our families back to celebrate a milestone anniversary. It's definitely one of our favorite places on earth!

FANTASTIC

Breathtaking says it all. The decision to have our daughter's wedding at Keyah Grande was the best decision we could have made. The setting is magnificent and working with Jenny and the staff was a delight. They made the entire process comfortable and stress free. The lodging is magnificent and having some of our guests on staying on site made it one long weekend of togetherness and fun. We could not have been happier.

The listing on Home Away only scratches the surface of this impeccable location. We held a destination wedding here on New Year's eve and mother nature even provided the perfect snowfall! You only need to bring clothing and groceries as this guesthouse provides incomparable luxury and comfort for at least 20 people! They even provide playpens and highchairs, my two year old granddaughter never wanted to go home. Perfect location for a wedding, family reunion, any gathering where you want to spoil your guests. Can't wait to return in the springtime, the views are glorious in every direction.

Family wedding in July 2012

The Keyah Grande Guesthouse was the perfect setting for our family wedding. The bride and groom wanted to go on a vacation with both sides of the family and to have the wedding at the end of the vacation. Keyah Grande was large enough to accomodate both sides of the family (including parents, sibling families and grandparents) and allowed us to all get to know each other well. We spent 5 nights there and took advantage of the fishing, skeet shooting, 4-wheeling and hiking on the ranch. With the availability of the spa in the guesthouse, we were able to have massage therapists come to the ranch to provide massages for all who wished to participate. Then there was the wedding....such a gorgeous setting for the wedding. When it rained during the afternoon, we prepared to move the ceremony indoors into the Great Room (a very beautiful and large room), but then the storm blew over and we were able to go ahead with our outdoor plans. We had the wedding dinner catered by Christine's Cuisine, but we prepared the rest of our meals. There is a large grill there, so we cooked out a couple of nights. There is also a commercial kitchen. Jenny and Guch were so helpful to us because we live in Oklahoma and had to plan the event long distance. All of our guests had the same reaction when they walked into the place...a look of awe... We made a lot of wonderful family memories while we were in Keyah Grande. We would highly recommend this place.

Keyah Grande Wedding

KG is one the most beautiful spots in Colorado. Pagosa Springs is the quintessential small little ski town with great hiking, fishing, boating and exploring. The property is truly amazing and our guests felt as comfortable at the guest house as they do at home. The peaceful grounds and amazing scenery were the perfect backdrop for a wedding and our photographer said it was the most picturesque wedding he has ever captured. The entire wedding party stayed with us on the property and it made for a weekend of quality time with friends and family. The house is HUGE and there was plenty of space for everyone to not feel crowded and relax. We took full advantage of the large kitchen, bar and fireplace for entertaining friends and everyone was blown away at how spectacular the entire place is. The art work and decor of the house is without a doubt its best feature. The beds are top notch and it was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was a great place for everyone to hang out and we really enjoyed it after taking long hikes and exploring the grounds. The staff was so friendly and helpful and made planning things with outside vendors easy and stress free. They really went out of their way to work with us on just about everything and we feel we have made friends for life. I would and do recommend this property for any large event or family gathering…it is unlike anything we and our guests have ever seen.
