A pure delight!!!

We pulled into the driveway about 10 minutes before check in and Michael's car was there. I timidly knocked on the door and he answered with the most welcoming smile ever! We talked about the history of the house and he gave me a thorough tour. Everything that could possibly be needed was right there. Clean, organized and incredibly warmly decorated. It truly couldn't have been more perfect! Thank you, Michael, for everything!

Dennis Cottage

The house is in a great location! It’s close to the beach and to some local stores and restaurants. Check in was easy. The house was clean and ready for our stay. Michael and Marqi were easy to reach and were very helpful.

Wonderful Stay!!

Cape Cod Getaway

This was a great place to visit the cape. It is situated where all attractions are an easy drive, and when you return the back patio is a quiet haven to relax. Clean, comfortable and well-stocked!

Cape Cod retreat

Looks cation was great. Close to beaches, a market and restaurants. Everything we needed was in the house. Our hostess was there when we arrived early and was very helpful. Would definitely rent again. Also we went to Ptown and enjoyed that.

Long Weekend on Cape

The property was just like the photos. It is well cared for and has everything you might need while there. Mike was friendly and the check-in/out process was clear and simple. Would definitely recommend to other people, as well as book another stay there.

Great Vacation Spot

Fantastic house on a quiet street. Close to Dennis Village and the beaches. The house is comfortable, with a back patio and grill. All of our communication was prompt and easy. We had a great time!

Down Time in Dennis

Great place…clean, cozy, comfortable. Close to all parts of the Cape. Nice little market down the road for essentials and groceries. We were happy and very safe. Would recommend having a dish towel in the kitchen, some sugar available for coffee, a cheese grater and a new sofa, as it was not very comfortable to sit on. Overall would stay here again. Also loved all the extra linens that were available and how easy it was to check in and check out.

Nice cottage in great location

I stayed at this cottage with a friend over Labor Day weekend and it was perfect for our needs. It is well located in the Mid Cape and we enjoyed hiking and swimming in Nickerson State Park and eating dinner at the seafood restaurant in the nearby center. The house is in a quiet area and we loved having breakfast on the patio overlooking the back yard. The interior of the house is spacious with a large living room, comfortable beds, basically-stocked kitchen, and great wifi and tv setup. Great value for the price!

Charming cottage, wonderful stay

Thank you so much for letting us stay at your charming cape cottage. The house was comfortable and extremely well appointed. Everything was very clean and organized. The bed linens and towels were soft and plentiful. We were a little worried about the heat but the window AC units and the many fans kept us cool. We loved the little patio and use of the grill. The beach chairs came in handy and there were plenty of dishes and utensils. All the appliances were clean and in fine operation. The location was centrally located in a quiet yet convenient neighborhood near shopping beaches and restaurants. We hope to return.

Amazing Stay!

The property was well maintained and the house was amazing! The house was clean and close to beaches restaurants and a very cute grocery store. The house was perfect for a quick getaway and had everything we needed, Will definitely be back!

Cute Cottage with Peaceful Backyard

Comfy clean cottage with ample towels and linens for family of five. Well maintained private yard and deck. Good home base for exploring the Cape. Great communications with Michael who offered us a late checkout (thanks). Served our needs well and would stay again!

Great location!!

The property is very cute and located in a wonderful area!! We had everything we needed including cooking supplies, a grill, air conditioning, and more. We would definitely consider staying here again. The one odd thing, was that there was a smell as soon as we walked in. It was kind of stale and not very pleasant. We opened the windows and aired the place out which made it better. The owner was helpful and informative leading up to our stay, and even gave us the option to check out late.

This cute cottage in Dennis was the perfect home base for exploring Cape Cod.

The cottage had everything we needed and was close to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Our family enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again.
