Comfortable for families. If you have children, we have a pack n' play and a bin of children's toys (ages 3+), also children's dishes and a high chair.
Overall we have 1 King bed and 2 queen beds, an inflatable queen mattress, and a full sleeper sofa bed. Blackout curtains are in each bedroom. The remodeled Kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays, including a dish washer, and clothes washer and dryer machine! 2 new bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Access to fully fenced, pet friendly backyard patio. Free private parking for up to 4 cars.
Inside the home, the foyer opens up to a living room with restored hardwood flooring. Around the corner is a large dine in kitchen all done in brand new flooring, granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. Among the three bedrooms is a massive master suite with a King Bed, separate shower and tub with vanity sinks. The second and third bedrooms have comfy queen beds.
All bedrooms have high quality mattresses, night lamps with USB outlets to charge phones and tablets, and large 4k HDTV's.
Note: All guests on the property must be on the booking. The maximum house capacity is 10 people. No more than 10 are allowed in the house and they must all be on the booking contract. House rule violations include: Unauthorized visitors, parties, events, smoking/ vaping and are subject to immediate cancellation without refund. We value the safety and security of our guests as well as our neighbors.
Please do not flush wipes, tampons, or paper towels. This will clog the plumbing.

Our stay was very comfortable. Communication was fantastic and super timely. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay there again!
James was great! Very communicative and professional! The house was very well maintained and really clean! There were little details that made the stay even better. The rooms were very spacious. The bed was so comfortable. We had plenty of towels and black towels for makeup.I would definitely stay here again and would encourage anyone to do the same.
Earlier check in would have been a little easier with travel plans but the fenced yard with pets and the cleanliness was appreciated for our brief stay.

We had a short stay in this property and we wished it could have been longer. The house was very nice, clean and the communication was great!! It is a short drive to the airport and to downtown. We would definitely stay here again
The property was perfect for our needs & was a great set up for the 5 adults & 3 dogs on this weekend trip. The living room & kitchen are spacious & clean, bathrooms are nice & we had good shower pressure & hot water the height of the king suite shower was appreciated by our 6’4” guy that forever deals with showerheads with low placement during traveling. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have a lot of open space, the 3rd front bedroom is still a great size, we were able to set up our three dog kennels side by side in a room, & honestly had multiple areas of the house we could have chosen to do that. We also choose to bring a wifi camera along to check in on the kenneled dogs & the wifi worked perfectly for us to utilize throughout the stay for that & devices & watching TV apps.It is a location conveniently close to a lot of things and surrounding area felt very safe. I enjoyed the touch of small fans in each room’s closet as we sometimes forget to pack a fan to have on when sleeping for cooling & white noise. And others did too so we were all covered. A lot of small details helped the two days stay be perfect for the convenience of having laundry on site and a dishwasher. The beds were very comfortable & the location was great for our needs.The neighboring yards do also have dogs saying hello from their side of the fence during potty breaks.We are already booked to be back for a wedding in August & are looking forward to getting ready there!!!
My family really enjoyed staying at this rental property it was very spacious clean and just beautiful . I gave this place a 5 star review I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the hospitality.We were in a great location, beds are comfortable. Home away from home. Good supply of towels although I carry my own on trips.When I return this will be my place to stay
House was great, clean, and the owners were wonderful to work with. Welcome emails and they even checked in via email during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. If I ever travel back I will stay here again!!! Highly recommend
