Anders als im Inserat angegeben gibt es keine Klimaanlage und keinen Geschirrspüler. Der Innenhof der Wohnanlage wirkt sehr herunter gekommen. Die Toilette hat ein Ablaufproblem. Die Wohnung insgesamt war okay, wirkt aber etwas lieblos behandelt.
