Vacation getaway with beautiful hill country views

This home has views that take your breath away and a casual / open-concept layout that can both bring people together and allow for privacy. Once inside you will find soaring ceilings, tons of natural light, and beautiful concrete flooring.

A spacious main floor with a 65" TV equipped with Netflix, ESPN, HBO Max, Disney, and more, opens to the living area and dining area which features a wall of windows and stone fireplace perfect for enjoying views of the hill country beyond.

The kitchen features custom cabinetry, stainless appliances, and plenty of room for the chef. It is fully stocked with pots and pans, a coffee maker with all the K-cups and creamer pods you will need, paper towels, dishes, glasses, etc. You just need to bring your food and drink and you are all set! If you think you need it we probably have it so feel free to reach out and ask before you pack it or buy it.

The main bedroom and bathroom are downstairs tucked in the far corner for privacy and look out onto gardens and a fenced backyard. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bathroom as well as a desk / sitting area.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the front deck that takes in the relaxing views and your evening beverage by the firepit gazing up at the stars.

The property is located between the best of two worlds of Bee Cave and Dripping Springs. You are within 15 minutes from multiple breweries, wineries, distilleries, wedding venues, restaurants, grocery stores, and the Hill Country Galleria. Downtown Austin and ABIA are roughly 35 minutes away. Area attractions include Hamilton Pool, Pedernales Falls, and Reimer's Ranch.
