PGJyPg PGJyPg Chalet/gîte style villa of approximately 90 m², very bright, with a 600 m² wooded garden, in a quiet hamlet 3 km from Ax-les-Thermes, at an altitude of 950 m. Chalet that we live in regularly and rent out occasionally.

Carport. Hiking trail in front of the house, sometimes used by deer. On the ground floor: - Entrance hall, living room with leather sofa, TV, wood-burning stove - Fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, hob, built-in oven, microwave and mini oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette grill, waffle iron - Laundry room with washing machine, second fridge/freezer and all necessary kitchen equipment (pressure cooker, etc.) - Separate WC and bathroom with walk-in shower - One bedroom with a double bed Upstairs: - Two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two double beds. - A library area. - A bathroom with toilet and sink. Board games, books, pétanque balls, and badminton rackets are available. The town centre of Axe, with all its shops, the gondola lift to the resort, the casino, the cinema, and the media library are about 5 minutes away by car. Nearby: a greenway to the Orlu nature reserve, horseback riding, climbing, mountain biking, fishing, the Chioula Nordic ski area, the Bonascre resort, and an ice rink during the winter holidays (Christmas and February) PGJyPg Andorra, where you can also go hiking or shopping, is about half an hour away. PGJyPg Hiking trails start right from the house. A hiker's paradise. PGJyPg Fresh air, peace, rest, relaxation, and family rejuvenation await you. PGJyPg Maximum occupancy: 6 people. PGJyPg For end-of-stay cleaning, you can choose to do it yourself or not (to be agreed upon upon arrival). PGJyPg If you decide not to do it, you will be charged seventy euros. If you decide to do so, a cleaning fee of €70 will be required upon arrival and returned at the end of your stay if the cleaning is done correctly. A security deposit of €400 is required upon arrival. The rate includes water, firewood, and 15 kWh of electricity per day. Beyond this daily allowance, each kWh will be charged at €0.20. We do not accept pets due to allergies.
