About this property
Baiting Hollow Cozy Cottage w/Walk-to beach, Wineries, farmstands. horsefarms!
Awe-inspiring sunsets await you on our walk-to Long Island Sound beach, suitable for swimming, fishing or just hangin' on the beach!
Serving as the Gateway to the North Fork’s infamous Wine Country, local Baiting Hollow attractions are the Baiting Hollow Farm Vineyard and LiV Distillery, both just down the road on Sound Avenue and feature live music on weekends. The view from the 2nd floor deck of LIV is not to be missed, particularly in Autumn! The multi-generational Rottkamp's Fox Hollow Farm is just a leisurely walk down the road for fresh-grown veggies & its Sunflower Maze for entertainment for ALL ages as is Splash Splash Waterpark which is 10 minutes away. The Cooperage Inn Restaurant, just down Sound Avenue less than a mile serves generous portions of casual country cooking and their famous 'NoFo Pot Pies.' It's also a 'Must See' OctoberFest. This is their 25th Annual OctoberFest, Saturday and Sunday, 12pm-9pm. Directly across the street is Giorgio's Baiting Hollow, one of the premier wedding venues on Long Island. Come for the wedding, then explore the North Fork! There's also the East Wind catering facility nearby if attending an event there. There are also MANY outstanding PUBLIC GOLF courses to challenge your game!
A newly added attraction is a personalized tour of a local vineyard with a tasting, hosted by the vineyard owner & is AVAILABLE EXCLUSIVELY to guests at the Baiting Hollow Cozy Cottage. Saturday and Sunday & by appointment only.
This vacation rental has been renovated In the past year with everything new, the furniture is by IKEA, Raymour and Flanigan and it also features porcelain and ceramic tile throughout. Bedroom, bathroom and dining area all have skylights.

About the host
Hosted by KEN RUBINO
I've owned my cottage for 30+ years and I love it! I never tire of working to improve it for myself and guests.
Why they chose this property
I enjoy the short, 5 minute walk to the beach, particularly in the Autumn when the leaves change color!
What makes this property unique
My cozy cottage has one of the largest property's in our community. It is also one of the most private given it's location and proximity (1/10th of a mile) to the beach.
