Quick weekend getaway

Had a great long weekend. Place is close to beach and many restaurants within walking distance. Pool views were great. Enjoyed the breakfast each morning.

Great vacation

Great place to stay. Close to shopping, food, and boating adventures. Never used pool beach was too nice to waste time at a pool. Breakfast had good selection. Definitely will be coming back.

Relaxing vacation

We had a wonderful stay, the area is amazing and the property was less than a 5 minute walk from the beach and the farthest thing we did was about a 25 minute walk. The property manager responded very quickly to all my questions and was very helpful in all situations. Would definitely book again next time we visit this area!

Long weekend with friends

We stayed here for a long weekend/girls trip and this property was great. Right in the middle of Clearwater Beach and close to many restaurants and bars. A two minute walk to the beach. I would recommend staying at this location!

Great location and friendly staff. The pool was relaxing and had a nice breeze coming off. Breakfast was good. Room set up is a little different from listing pictures but still great!

Perfect location

Right in the heart of Clearwater beach. Nice hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff nice pool area. Only complaint is the 5 days we were there the cable never worked so we couldn’t watch tv at night. they said they were having trouble with the cable company but it worked fine in the lobby, so I’m not sure I believed them.

Great central location

We couldn't have had a better location to stay! Complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day! Sunrise watch off the deck of the pool. The coffee shop on the street level was bonus. Room had very nice amenities. The staff was VERY friendly. Access to the beach is directly across the road through a shop and market. The location is close to the restaurants, bars and marina dock to find your tours. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The only downside part was the underwhelming response time of the propertty manager, however that wouldn't have and didn't have any affect on our room or stay.

Work trip

The property was great but the room is right next to a bar that is very loud at night until 1am. We had to work early so it was a little difficult with a band playing for a few hours every night. Other than that is was great!

Overall the property and room was good, but.

In general the property and our room was good. Generally clean and in good condidtion. We asked for our room to be cleaned and it was not. We had to ask again. The AC worked well but the vent was right over my head when i was in bed. The pool water did not seem clear. The staff was very pleasant and accomodating.

Host was great - Hotel had issues that host helped fix.

Property is a combo hotel. When we arrived early, they said our room was being cleaned and would be a couple hours. We went out and enjoyed the area and a local restaurant. Checked back with the desk multiple times, watching others get their rooms. When we complained an hour after check in start time, they finaly gave us a key - to the wrong room type. We called the host, who got them to fix their error. Hotel had breakfast each day, which saved time and money each day. After 2 days, TV service dropped down to 4 local channels only. We did not watch a lot of TV, but not having options to fall asleep to was not pleasant. Their answer each day was that I.T. was doing a "deep dive" into the system to correct it. This continued until checkout. Host stepped in again and negotiated a partial refund for the trouble that would not have happened otherwise. A+ to the host!

Nice stay.

This was a Marriot Residence hotel. The Hotel is nice and convenient to the ocean. The only down side for us was our room location. It was right next to a bar and grill, and loud music would crank up while we were trying to sleep. Also the onsite parking is 38.00 every 24 hrs, which was not stated till we arrived, would have been nice to know prior. Other than that it was a good, nice amenities, and the staff were pleasant.
