Great location, one of the best spots at Kite Beach. Close to the beach, restaurant and pool. Mark was a great host and very responsive. Would stay again.

This room is about as close as you can get to being on the beach. Next to pool and cafe yet very quiet. Mark is super responsive.

Super Condo on Kite Beach

Great location - steps to Kite Beach. Perfect for launching/landing kites, or for those who just want to watch the action. The condo is well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Beds are super comfy, nice furnishings. The wifi was fast and rock solid. We had no issues with video conferencing, netflix, etc. The complex is nice. It has a good vibe. Friendly - but not a wild party town. Quiet and easy to sleep at night. Felt very safe. AC works well - but we almost never needed it as there was always a nice breeze from the beach. Would definitely stay again. Mark and Yesenia were great hosts.

Why they chose this property

Best location, closest to the beach and pool in best community on Kite beach. Unlike most of much older Kite Beach Hotel this build was built in 2013 to a modern and high standard including very high speed Wifi (100Mbps) and air con in every room.

With an excellent onsite restaurant and Kite school its a great place to hang out and enjoy yourself with a friendly mixture of long term residents and visitors. Plenty to do, day and night.

If you are into Kiting you already know this is the best all round location for learning through experts. Surf paddling is also world class and a great morning activity, if you lagoon. want something more tranquil paddle board on the lagoon.

Note. Although some dogs and other pets live or visit in our building, condo rules no longer allow guests to bring pets.
Cabarete is a safe place but for peace of mind we have 24 hour guards front and back.

We are here to help, Yesenia is a local and on-site everyday except Sundays. Her number is in the apartment. As owners we dont reside in Cabarete (we visit often), we are always available to answer questions and make your visit special.
