This beautiful home completely renovated in 2021 features panoramic views of Commencement Bay, Downtown Tacoma, Mountain, and Territorial Views! The main level floor plan includes 3 bedrooms (Master bedroom with ensuite), 2 full bathrooms, a light, bright and airy living room space with picturesque windows, an open kitchen with quartz counters, a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances (gas range, microwave, dishwasher), dining area with a slider that opens to a large view deck with a propane grill. Washer and Dryer on main level. Please note that the interior fireplace is for aesthetic only and is non-functional.

The lower level also has a separate entrance with a grand open living room area, kitchenette (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric range), large bedroom with 2 queen beds, multipurpose room (desk, weights, sitting area), and bathroom with shower, washer/dryer, or enjoy the covered patio with outdoor fireplace. Charcoal grill located outside on lower level. Contactless check-in, but hosts are still close for your convenience. There are exterior security cameras located at the front door, the garage, and lower patio.

The communication with the Host was excellent. Due to our long term stay the Host provided some extras which we appreciated. The kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms had everything we needed and were very clean and organized. Enjoying the view was a highlight. Highly recommend!

Perfect home for the holiday

Clean with amazing views!

We looked for something that would have a view for watching fireworks over the 4th of July. This place was amazing! The views were stunning! Everything was so clean and there was even a welcome basket with snacks and a personal note when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing View & Great House

The house was perfect to fit our family needs. There was plenty of room for all of us and it was clean (which was greatly appreciated!). The house was centralized for all the places we wanted to visit and the view of the harbor is amazing, especially at night.

Great place for a larger group

We had several family members stay here to attend a wedding in the area. Location was great and the view is gorgeous. The house is very clean and has all the utensils, etc. you need to make food at the place. Overall great experience

Tacoma Wedding Stay

We had a wedding in Puyallup, about 30 minutes from this location. It was roomy enough for all 10 of us. Don responded promptly. Would stay again.

Excellent Home Base for Friend Group Trip

This house was the perfect location for my group of six friends to gather for a long weekend. We each had our own beds, ample space to spread out when we needed to, comfortable and beautiful places to spend time together as a group, and enough bathrooms for us all to easily get ready in the morning. The whole place was clean and well stocked, and we really enjoyed the view and hospitality of our hosts. Would definitely recommend this property to future guests!

Property exactly as advertised and had plenty of room for our party of six. Close to SEA/TAC Airport. Great communication from the owners allowed for a smooth arrival. The property was very clean when we arrived. Great cooktop allows preparation of meals at the house to save costs. The house is centrally located and served as our base of operations for trips to Seattle, Mount Rainier, and the LeMay Car Museum. Thanks for a great experience.Robert

Wedding & a Celebration of Life

The home and view were incredible. We were greeted with a welcome note & goodies. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, utensils, water and every item you could possibly need. With our family having to attend two different events staying in the home provided us with the ability to decompress when needed. We would book again if/and when we visit Tacoma.

Incredible views and great house!

Our family stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from University of Puget Sound. The house had the perfect layout for us. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the snack and coffee set up that was there for us. The back deck was the highlight. We loved sitting out there and watching the incredible sunsets. The front yard is stunning with all of the different flowering plants and trees. We had a question for Don at one point and he got back to us right away. Great house! Would recommend!

Perfect House for a Perfect Weekend

Thrilled to death with this property. It was perfect in every detail! Loved the location, size, and design of the house. The house was well equipped with kitchen, bath, and sleeping needs. The house was clean and well decorated and provided an over the top view of Tacoma! Stayed the weekend to attend my son's wedding in Tacoma. It was the perfect gathering point for our family. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to work with. We had a little trouble turning on a second fridge, but the host came to the rescue in minutes and solved the issue. Couldn't ask for more! I highly recommend this property!

Lots of space and all of the amenities

My friends and I shared this house to participate in a relay race starting in Mt. Rainier. There was plenty of space to spread out. Beds were comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. We all congregated in the kitchen/living room which had an AMAZING view of the harbor. Kitchen had everything we needed and there was lots of comfy seating to enjoy our coffee/wine while we relaxed in the living room. The weather wasn't nice enough to enjoy the outdoor fire place but the area looked lovely. Owners were very thoughtful and included every amenity that we wanted/needed. Highly recommend this place!
