Studio of 24m2 for a short stay holidays and work but also for spa guests over a long period.
Ready to welcome you, the studio is comfortable, cocooning, quiet, close to the city centre and spa treatments. Close to the lake (less than 3 km) and the train station (max 6 min walk), you will find all the necessary amenities (shops, bars, restaurants, cinema, the Casino Grand Siècle, transport...). For nature lovers, hiking trails are nearby.

Ideal for 1 or 2 people. It is composed of:

- kitchen equipped with a fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, espresso, toaster and crockery...
- 140/200 sofa bed (18cm thick mattress), duvet and pillows, television, internet and box, intercom.
- 1 bathroom with large shower, radiator, towel dryer, hair dryer, straightener, washing machine, iron and ironing board, WC. Lots of storage.
