MacArthur Beach and Racquet Club

1 Master bedroom, with walk in closet and full size washer & dryer, a loft with queen bed and dresser and queen sofa bed in living room. Living area has 65" TV and each bedroom has TV with cable. Unit has 1 full bath with shower and has complete kitchen with full size stove, refrigerator and microwave including dishwasher and disposal. Loft and living room have view of pool and beach. Property is located directly on the beach and is about 10 blocks from historic downtown Venice shops and dining. This unit is on second floor with a third floor loft and requires access via stairs. No elevator is available.

Home Away From Home

Do not go any where else for your vacation, be it a week or month. Wow, Rick and Carroll did such an awesome job of decorating and fully stocking their condo for us for the month we stayed February 2022. They have thought of everything you may want or need, to be at the beach, the condo was spotless. Master bed very comfortable, washer/dryer brand new, there is no BBQ on premises, but they have an air fryer, which worked out GREAT for our cooking, we used it almost every night. There is a washing station for cleaning your the Florida dust off your car which is nice. Easy walk to downtown Venice, also Publix grocery store. We have stayed at other vacation condos before and yours have set the bar higher. If there was a 10 star rating you guys would get it. Thanks for a wonderful winter stay . Alex and Marie
