Gorgeous Remodeled Home located on a spacious greenbelt lot in Sun City Texas bordering Berry Creek. Start the day with coffee on the patio, enjoy all of the many daily activities offered in Sun City Texas or tour the Hill Country, Georgetown, or Austin, then return home to relax and barbeque at the end of the day! We have provided our guests with binoculars to better enjoy the birds, butterflies, and deer who regularly visit. This spacious 1,850 sq. ft. two-bedroom two-bathroom home sleeps four adults, offers an open floorplan, and has been stocked with everything guests will need to have a wonderful stay!

Great house. Quiet neighborhood. Close to stores, restaurants, and medical. Mostly full kitchen tools, spacious home and extra room for office or crafts. Bed very comfortable and bathroom ample space. Lovely backyard off lanai.

We had a good month, house was clean, backyard & patio were great to sit outside and enjoy the Texas spring. Host was very helpful. Very nice house to stay in.

Natural wonder

Very nice home located for privacy and relaxation . The birds were so fun to watch and listen to . Home was so clean and well stocked, beds are comfortable, and the welcome basket was such a nice touch .Roberta was kind and easy to communicate with . Just a great experience !

Perfectly perfect

The pictures are accurate and this has been the cleanest most well stocked VRBO we have ever stayed. It is an over 55 community so keep that in mind. The backyard backs up to wooded green space full of wildlife and birds. Hang your bird feeder as soon as you arrive to enjoy all the red birds. Roberta is a great host and I highly recommend this property and host.

Great 2-Month Stay!

It felt so welcoming to arrive in a home that greeted us with sparkling clean dishes and fluffy towels - and plenty of them! The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking at home (which we enjoy doing!), the bedding was clean and comfortable, the neighborhood was very walkable with easy access to Sun City's other paved and unpaved trails. As avid golfers, we appreciated Sun City's 3 courses, use of the 4 gyms, and thought we were going to make it to one of the indoor or outdoor pools, but never got there. The neighbors were friendly, the house was welcoming, and for our first long stay away from home, we were very comfortable. Roberta was easy to communicate with, though it was only for questions on our part - there were no issues with the home during the time we were there. We would highly recommend the home to anyone considering a stay in Sun City Georgetown!!

Beautiful and Relaxing

This home is beautifully maintain and relaxing. Kitchen is well equipped and plenty of bath towels. Conveniently located to amenities and golf courses. Communication with the host is excellent. Highly recommend.

Wonderful home in Sun City Texas, Georgetown

We very much enjoyed our stay at Roberta’s lovely and comfortable home. Roberta added touches—a large gift basket, a big binder of area information and tips on staying in the house—that were more thoughtfully and kindly done than most Vbro homes we have rented. This house was also better equipped than most, and the utensils, cooking equipment, and appliances were all very new if not brand new. The home’s location is in a quiet but good spot to enjoy the communities’ many amenities. We particularly liked sitting on the back porch, which overlooked a thick forest, and watching cardinals, wild turkey, and deer. We would not hesitate to rent this home from Roberta again. She was very responsive and thoughtful, and we enjoyed our stay at her home. Thank you!

Sun City Gem

This is a 5 star home equipped with everything we needed. Comfortable and spacious with wonderful bed and linens. Convenient to stores and dining. We certainly enjoyed the deer in back and cardinals next door! We plan on returning!

We absolutely love living in Sun City Texas! Sun City Texas is located in the Texas Hill Country which is very beautiful with rolling hills and lots of large oak trees. Wildflowers are everywhere and they change with the seasons. Colorful birds and butterflies are abundant. Sun City Texas offers many community activities that include golf, swimming, hiking, entertainment, and pickleball. Large and small dog parks are provided for our furry friends. We are located in the historic City of Georgetown, Texas which offers great restaurants, shopping, farmer's markets, and festivals. Within a short driving distance, we can visit Austin's many attractions. Lake Travis, Lake Georgetown, local wineries, and other nearby attractions offer many opportunities to explore the outdoors.

What makes this property unique

Our home has been beautifully renovated to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay. The property offers a large private backyard that backs to Berry Creek. Guests can enjoy barbequing, having morning coffee, or sipping wine on the back patio while enjoying the view! Inside our spacious living room, our guests can enjoy watching the large flat screen television from our comfortable sectional. Our kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, basic spices, and ample pots and pans for cooking meals. Guests have their choice of two dining tables for meals or for playing games. We have provided comfortable beds, quality linens, bedding, and fluffy towels for our guests' use.
