The 34m ² large house stands alone on the large property of the landlord. It is well protected, far away from other houses and the street. So you can, whenever you like, enjoy a little nap in the sunny garden. The house is equipped with living room, bedroom, shower room and pantry kitchen. In addition, it has a beautiful terrace, a parking space and a weatherproof garaging for bicycles. The garden invites you to linger, where it smells of the most different flowers and where, depending on the season, delicious fruit thrives. The laundry from bathing can be left to dry directly in the fresh air. Bicycles are provided free of charge. The cottage is located near the forest, which has many hiking and biking trails. A barbecue is available. Sights: DDR Museum, a mill, the monastery church, the city center on the island of Malchow. Furthermore, a visit to the old tannery in Sparow, the Wisentgeheges or the Agricultural Museum, which in addition to old machines and aircraft and the old rural life can relive. Leisure: Starting with the steamboat rides over the lakes lined up like a string of pearls to surfing, sailing or motorboat tours, every kind of water sports can be pursued here. Near the house you can also play tennis or water skiing in addition to summer tobogganing in the monkey forest and inline skating in the sports stadium.

The access to the house is free from a side entrance and is independent of the main house of the landlord. The house has a bedroom with double bed (180x200, separate mattresses), a living room with flat screen TV, sofa bed (1 sleeping possibility, 140x200), an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The facilities are also u. a. a radio, satellite TV and lots of information about the area. The living room is comfortably furnished and is sunny throughout the day as it faces south. You can reach all other rooms from here. The open kitchen is equipped with a galley kitchen and all sorts of cooking utensils and dishes. Dish towels are included. The terrace invites you to linger - in peace and seclusion.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
