Great Stay

The location was well within good distance of everything I enjoy about Breckenridge. The process and communication from start to finish with our stay was top notch. Would recommend to anyone.

Good place to stay with friends

Good place to lay your head down. This is 100% a rental property so lacks some of the charm/amenities of a “home”. Would have been nice if there were little things like garbage bags, hand soap, extra toilet paper, etc. included. Again it’s a nice place to lay your head down after a long day of skiing. Convenient Located next to shuttle that runs every hour.

Clean but well used

Quite clean, Quite well used. Window coverings were nonfunctional. Toilet seat was not attached. No electric frying pan. Ice maker not working. Lamps were not working. No one shoveled the snow form the driveway. Broken shovel. Inadequate inspection for working functions prior to check-in. Quality was lower than expected given the price of the rental.
