Welcome to The Tides Beach House!

Upon arrival you will find an open floorplan with high ceilings and soothing interiors colors, high end furnishings and a fully appointed open kitchen.

Our beautiful beach house provides enough space for gathering, entertaining, and memory making.

This wonderful beach house has 3 floors with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms – accommodating 10 guests total.

Ground level consist of garage, large back area with seating, gas grill and outdoor showers.

Second level offers spacious living area with beautiful touches, comfortable seating, flat screen TV and is open to the great room which has additional seating. Living area is open to the dining area and beautiful fully equipped kitchen. This beach house even offers extra sleeping spaces with a sleeper sofa tucked in a cove off the main living space.

The dining area has a beautiful grand table that accommodates 7 guests. This gorgeous beach house has tons of seating and space for entertaining for the whole family.

Kitchen is perfect! Stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, double ovens, lots of cabinetry, farmers sink, gas range and best of all an additional bar area with a wine cooler. The large island has additional seating for 5 guests. Enjoy a well-stocked kitchen with every modern convenience you would expect.

Off of the living area, we have a desk – perfect for those traveling and needing to work!

The second floor also features a half bath.

Third level has all of the bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Primary bedroom is large and it features a King bed with an amazing large bathroom. The bathroom has a beautiful large shower, double vanities and access to the large walk-in closet. The Primary bedroom has access to a large balcony.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The third bedroom features a full and a twin trundle bed. These two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom that has a tub/shower combo.

Laundry room is also located on the top floor.

This property has so many extras!

The backyard has gorgeous landscaping as a backdrop for your evening cookouts!

Guests love the convenience of the outdoor shower and gas grill!

Located on the quieter side of Redington Beach, this place is just amazing. Walking distance to The Conch Republic, Sweet Sage Café and many more!

No need to hop on the car to get to the beach, you are just across the road – easy access with a convenient crosswalk.

This is the perfect place for your family to make memories on the beach!

Very clean property and great location across the street from beach access. They had plenty of beach supplies (towels, sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, boogie board) in the garage. Peekaboo view of the water from the balconies. Only slight drawback was that there are a lot of stairs (3-story property) and the elevator didn’t operate so it’s hard to get luggage up and down, lug groceries up, etc. Besides that, it’s a wonderful property. Communication was excellent and very easy to check in & out.

Beautiful house and so convenient to beach and restaurants. Loved that it was in a residential section. Beach was never crowded. The 80 degree summer-like weather made our beach getaway perfect. I’d love to rent this place again.

Perfect, upscale stay for 9 adults.

Very nice place, new and upscale. And more spacious than the pictures show. We had a great time with our party of nine which were two families with our kids which are all young adults. The crosswalk being so close was nice and added more closeness to the beach which was across the street. Master bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Overall had a great stay.

Fantastic Property

My friends and I stayed here for our annual girls trip and fell in love with the property! It has everything we needed and more. The space was perfect for our group of 9 and we all agreed that the house was clean, up-to-date, and comfortable for our stay. We are planning to make this our new go-to property for our trip thanks to the great location, wonderful amenities, and ease of use (the property manager was amazing!) Highly recommend.

This is a lovely home in a quiet lovely area close to great restaurants and activities and across the street from the beach. The home is exactly as pictured. The beds were very comfortable. The spaciousness was wonderful and the parking was more than adequate. The elevator was a blessing for unloading and loading. The home was very clean. Can’t say enough good things. We will definitely be back and I promise I don’t say that often!

Great condo

The place was very clean and comfortable beds. My suggestions is its a beach rental and figured most people are flying to location to have more beach equipment for use would be helpful beach chair, umbrella. The kitchen is very spacious and great appliances just need a bit more pots and pans. One frying pan is not enough for this condo. All in all great condo Beachtime rentals were absolutely fantastic to work with . I would book here and with Beach time rentals again.

Next time me and my family head to Redington beach we definitely will be trying to stay here again.
