Nice home in central location

Stayed in Austin for a week and this home was a good location for us. It was a central location for us and about a 15-20 minute drive to most things we wanted to visit. Property was clean and every one was comfortable. We had a few issues come up but communication with the host was easy and prompt. Checking in and out was easy and fast. We felt safe throughout our trip and overall, it was a good experience.

Sweet Stay at Sweetbriar!

We loved our stay at Sweetbriar. Jason was really receptive to questions prior to the stay and the home itself was stocked with items we hoped for (i.e. baking sheets, scissors). The home was updated, spacious and worked for our bachelorette group! It was a little far from downtown Austin (at least15-20 minute commute), but the listing clearly stated 5-miles from downtown and I think it was worth not paying the extra $$$ for downtown lodging. The only thing I would note is that the front of the neighborhood seemed a little sketchy in some parts (particularly at night), but our street was quiet and we felt safe with the multiple locks and security cameras at the home. Would definitely recommend Sweetbriar!

Wedding

We came to Austin for our son’s wedding. It was so special that 4 generations got to stay together for this wonderful occasion. We even had the rehearsal lunch in the spacious kitchen and deck. Super clean, well furnished and all the amenities. Couldn’t find a toaster and no washcloths for the kids, but it really couldn’t have been better. Thank you Jason.

Wonderful rental in a cool part of Austin.

Just south of a hip part of Austin, this rental was all that was promised. It was extremely clean and hassle free. Check-in was easy because the host responded almost immediately with any question we had. It's part of a house that was recently renovated so all of the bathrooms and appliances are in great condition. And it's such a short drive to some of Austin's best haunts and attractions.
