House Annecy Centre with Garden, You can do everything on foot or by bike

Our house is located 5 minutes by bike from the city centre and the beaches "all flat",
(15 minutes walk from the centre, 15/20 minutes from the lake and beaches).
It is a very bright and warm house,
The terrace area to enjoy a dinner, or a moment of relaxation is very pleasant, quiet at the bottom of the garden.
The house is accessed via the garden... from the external stairs, a landing takes us to the entrance... to the right the living room, to the left the spacious dining room. On this same level is the bright kitchen with its central island and the "guest" bedroom>.

Upstairs: two large bedrooms, one of which is a master suite with its shower room and toilet.
On the ground floor a laundry room (access from the inside), for linen, shoes....
In front of the house is a pharmacy, a newsagent and tobacconist, a supermarket. A bakery 50 m away to treat you to good breads and fantastic pastries. An organic shop 150 m away (with organic bakery and delicious pastries)...
Your car can be parked on the street for free, in front of the house.
On the ground floor of the house (but without any communication with the main house) there is a studio, I occupy it occasionally, it is not rented.
