Sagard is a small community between the Baltic Sea, the Jasmund National Park and the large Jasmund. The location is easily accessible by train, the regional bus and car. In Sagard there are many shops and a petrol station. A cycling network connects Sagard with Bergen, Binz, Mukran, Glowe, Neddesitz and Lohme. The beaches of the Baltic Sea is not more than 6 km. The National Park Jasmund with the famous chalk cliffs and many hiking trails can be reached within 4 km. Close by is the Jasmund Thermal Spa and a Dino Park. The house itself is located on the edge of the village not far from the Brunnenaue, a small historic park.

FH Frieda:
The newly built in 2013 newly built holiday home has a size of 53 m² and is equipped with underfloor heating, controlled ventilation system, it is environmentally friendly through photovoltaic and geothermal energy. At the windows are exterior shutters. The kitchen contains a stove with oven a dishwasher and a microwave, a coffee maker and a kettle. A frozen possibility is in the owner's house available. In the house is out of the combined kitchen / living area, a bedroom with two beds, which can be used as a double bed or on request twin beds. The beds have a comfortable height. The second bedroom has a bed, which can be pulled out if needed and used as another sleeping accommodation (0.80 x 1.70 m). If necessary, a travel cot is provided for babies and toddlers. A high chair is also available. The living area includes a sofa with table, a television and DVD player, continue here is the dining table with four chairs. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine, hairdryer and has a window. Sheets and towels are included. On request, the tax may be expelled.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
