Walking distance to the park for a peaceful sunset. Conveniently located 10 minutes from Salisbury University and Henry S Parker Sports Compex. If you’re looking for a day trip, we’re 30 minutes to the Ocean City Boardwalk and Assateaque Island . Lots of local attractions too . Towels, dishes, cookware , small appliances and lots more surprises are provided. Just bring a suitcase ,we’ve got the rest covered.

Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all used beds unmade . Put all towels in laundry basket in upstairs hall, including beach towels ($25 fee for any missing beach towels).
If you used the flat top grill , please clean it using the cleaning kit in the cabinet on the patio . Please close the beach umbrella to prevent damage.
Please put an entry in our guest book and leave us a review .
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No shoes on the carpeted areas please .
