Welcome to our family home, carefully renovated, where we wanted to preserve the charm of the old while providing the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay with family or friends.

Located in a quiet and green environment, the house is ideal for 6 people and can occasionally accommodate up to 9 people. It offers beautiful living spaces, a 1,000 m² enclosed garden and many facilities to enjoy both the house and the surrounding nature.

Note for groups of 7 to 9 people: the house has a single bathroom and a single toilet. We prefer to specify this so that everyone can make an informed choice about the house.

The house:
The house of about 130 m² has:
- 3 bedrooms: a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds;
- a mezzanine of about 30 m², with a BZ sofa, library and board games;
- a large living / dining room, warm and bright;
- a fully equipped semi-open kitchen, separated from the living room by a pretty glass roof;
- a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and two sinks;
- a separate toilet;
- Wi-Fi;
- linen provided.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals and enjoy convivial moments around the table.

Two coffee makers are at your disposal: a classic filter coffee maker and an espresso coffee maker compatible with Senseo® pods and ground coffee.

The outdoors
You can enjoy a large enclosed garden of 1,000 m², particularly pleasant for families with children.

Be careful for animals, however: the garden is naturally enclosed by a relatively low wall, which may not be enough to prevent some dogs from escaping. We therefore invite you to remain vigilant with your pets.

Children can enjoy the swing, the hut and the slide, while adults can relax on the various terraces.

The main terrace, facing southeast, is equipped with a green pergola that provides pleasant shade for lunch, a drink or simply enjoying the garden.

A second wooden terrace, facing west, allows you to enjoy the outdoors and the beautiful end of the day in a different way.

In summer, an above-ground swimming pool is installed in the garden to allow you to cool off and take full advantage of the sunny days.PGJyPg

The house is particularly suitable for family stays.

The enclosed garden allows children to play in peace, while the mezzanine offers additional space to play, read or enjoy the many board games available.

Adults can enjoy the living room, terraces and garden to share meals and moments of relaxation.

The house is also very suitable for several couples or a group of friends wishing to discover the region.

📍 Discover the Périgord Vert
The house is ideally located for discover the riches of the Périgord Vert, between villages of character, heritage, nature and gastronomy.

Nearby, you can discover:
- Villars, with its caves and the castle of Puyguilhem;
- Saint-Jean-de-Côle, classified as one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France;
- Brantôme, nicknamed the "Venice of the Périgord";
- Thiviers, particularly known for its Saturday morning market;
- many hiking trails and Terra Aventura circuits.

The surrounding area is particularly suitable for walks, hiking, cycling and family outings.

We know the region very well and will be happy to advise you, according to your wishes, our good addresses, local producers, restaurants, markets, swimming spots and visits not to be missed.

Parking
You can park up to 4 vehicles directly on the property.

End-of-stay cleaning
In order to keep your stay affordable, end-of-stay cleaning is not charged extra: it is the responsibility of the guests.
We simply ask that you leave the house in the clean and tidy state in which you found it when you arrived.
Before your departure, you will be asked to:
- tidy up the house and the mezzanine;
- sort and put the games back in their respective boxes;
- clean the kitchen, bathroom, shower and toilet;
- empty the dishwasher and rubbish bins;
- remove sheets, pillowcases and towels and place them in the cellar;
- vacuum the entire house, including under beds and in accessible corners;
- mop;
- pick up any dog droppings in the garden;
- leave the outdoor spaces used clean and tidy.

Detailed departure instructions will also be reminded before your stay.

These few gestures allow us to prepare the house between two stays and above all to ensure that the next guests can find it clean, pleasant and welcoming as soon as they arrive.

A house where you can take your time
We wanted to share our house as a simple, warm and friendly place, where you can take the time to live together: cooking, playing with the children, reading on the mezzanine, having lunch under the pergola, enjoying the garden, cooling off in the swimming pool in summer or going to discover the small villages and paths of the Périgord Vert...

Whether you're coming for a few days with family, a weekend with friends or to explore the area, we hope you will feel a little at home.
