The Lac de Caniel Recreation Centre is just a few kilometres away and offers numerous activities: tubing, water ski lift, paddleboarding... The property consists of 2 cottages (not attached) each with its own terrace, privacy, and access to the large shared garden of 1,400 m². Accommodates up to 4 people upon request with the convertible sofa in the living room. All windows are equipped with electric roller shutters. Single-story layout: - Entryway, - Living area with a fully equipped open kitchen opening onto a living/dining room with a fireplace, sofas (including a sleeper), and a flat-screen TV, - Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, - Separate toilet, - Double bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed. Shared laundry room for both cottages with a washing machine and dryer. Deck chairs available. Board games. Private terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue. Private on-site parking. Accommodates up to 4 people upon request. If both cottages are rented, they can accommodate between 6 and 10 people.
