Disappointing

I am not one to write a negative review so I am sad that I need to do this. However I want to share for future renters that the rental is not as pictured. I wonder if the pictures are either from when the place was brand new or have been edited with AI. I wish there was a way I could post the pictures of the actual home, the kitchen is completely worn down, missing cabinet doors, the walls are dirty and all of the surfaces are covered with a greasy film. If I we could have afforded to rent another place we would have left this one....very sad. The host was also very difficult to get in touch with. He never sent the information for us to get in to the rental. I messaged him through VRBO with no response. I had to reach out to a support agent who also could not contact him. They sent us the host's personal number and we had to call and message him multiple times to finally receive the info.
