This is a beautiful and detailed one bedroom apartment, it is located behind a house, and it has a small terrace for you to enjoy.

Living Room...Beautiful sofa that converts into a full bed, a smart TV on the wall, a floor lamp and chair and ottoman. Lovely art on the wall!
Bedroom..Super private, big with a queen stylish bed, closet, lovely desk with a comfy modern chair, beautiful curtains, a/c and ceiling fan.
Bathroom. Nice bathroom with hot water, mirror cabinet and hooks to hang towels and beach clothes..

Perfect for 2

The place was just as described, owner contacted us and made it very easy to check in and out. We would stay again. Close to all the nightlife, neighborhood is a tad iffy, but we felt safe.

I enjoyed the property. Walking distance of a bunch of things. So no need to have to uber for everything. I enjoyed the walks and being able to see the area around me. It was indeed cozy. I mainly used the place for rest. Spent most of the time out. Cool place would recommend.

This was comfortable and convenient. I like staying in a neighborhood rather than a touristy area. The outdoor patio was very nice for morning coffee! Parking was not a problem and we slept well on the comfy bed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone! The host was very responsive and helpful, a good communicator.

We chose Santurce neighborhood because you have an incredible opportunity like a local to explore the city from different points of view like the tourist areas like Condado, museums, the street art of Calle Cerra, gastronomic area of Calle Loiza and close to the Old San Juan in which you find bars, restaurants, museums, historic sites, etc. You will really enjoy!!

What makes this property unique

Our property offer a really quiet neighborhood in which you will enjoy your stay. There’s other guest in the property but all will felt like home.
