The completed apartment No. 1 in the apartment house "Residenz am Rosengarten" is about 30 square meters and suitable for up to 3 people.

The modern and comfortably furnished apartment consists of a combined living room and bedroom, an integrated kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a private terrace with garden furniture. It is designed with an allergy-friendly parquet floor.

In winter 2015/2016 the entire apartment including Bathroom renovated.

The kitchenette has an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and egg cooker.

In the bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet there are various storage options and a hairdryer.

The modern and high quality sofa bed as well as the armchair bed offer maximum sleeping comfort. They can be quickly and easily converted into comfortable beds with their own mattress and slatted frame.

The living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a radio / CD player.

A free WiFi connection is available to access the Internet.

Garden furniture and parasols invite you to linger on the terrace.

Bed linen and towels are provided to our guests and are already included in the total price.

Beim Check-in wurden die Schlüssel fast kommentarlos überreicht. Hier wäre eine nähere Beschreibung zur Lage des Zimmers bzw. die Zimmernummer hilfreich gewesen, um das längere Suchen zu ersparen. Die Küchenausstattung war gut.

wir waren im letzten Jahr bereits in der gleichen Wohnung - in der gleichen Zeit

Nichts zu bemeckern. Wir wünschen uns nur eine Insel ohne so viele kleine Hunde, die nur kläffen und jaulen.Es war wohl so etwa mein 20. Aufenthalt auf der Insel, bei meiner Frau der 30.. Wenn es einem nicht gefallen würde... Wir sind allerdings im fortgeschrittenen Alter.

Das Apartment 01 befindet sich in einem größeren Objekt (Residenz direkt am Rosengarten. Ebenerdiger Zugang vom Garten aus. Gute zentrale Lage. Sauberes, gut geschnittenes Apartment mit gut ausgestatteter Küchenzeile und ausreichend großem Wohn-/Ess-/Schlafbereich. Bad tadellos. Ausklappen der Bettcouch war unproblematisch. Schöner Kurzurlaub ohne Beanstandungen.

Kleines feines Appartement

Ausstattung sehr gut, Lage top (Supermarkt direkt gegenüber, in 5 min am Strand), trotzdem sehr ruhig. Einzig die Souterrainlage mit dem sehr dunklen Eingangsbereich und der etwas klammen Wohnung fanden wir nicht ganz optimal (Wäsche trocknet kaum, es riecht etwas nach Keller und es hat ein paar Schimmelstellen an den Sockelleisten). In Summe aber alles gut. Für mich und meinen Sohn vollkommen ausreichend groß

Schöne kleine Fewo in guter Lage

Die Fewo liegt sehr zentral, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht. Zusätzlich sind im Haus Waschmaschinen und Trockner vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist neuwertig und modern. Im Sommer ist die kleine Terrasse perfekt für ein Frühstück im Sonnenschein. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt auf Wangerooge!

App. Nr. 1 im Rosengarten

Mein Aufenthalt auf Wagerooge, war durchgehend zauberhaft. Neben dem schönen Wetter, war dies unbedingt dem App. geschuldet. Es ist sehr nett eingerichtet, super sauber, hell und freundlich. Liegt schräg gegenüber der 2 kleinen Inselsupermärkte und 3 min. fussläufig vom Strand entfernt. Das App. ist mit einem Fön und Wasserkocher ausgestatten. Bettwäsche, sowie Handtücher sind inkl. Man kann also mit leichtem Gepäck anreisen.Es liegt im Erdgeschoss und beihahltet eine eigene Terasse, auf die den ganzen Tag die Sonne scheint. Ich habe morgens und nachmittags meinen Kaffee dort getrunken und ins Grüne geschaut. Ich würde unbedingt wieder diese App. buchen. Es ist empfehlenswert!. Was mich am Meisten überraschte war das Schlafsofa- welches einen sehr hohen Komfort bietet. Man liegt sehr gut. Der Schlaf ist also sicher.
